I ordered over a month ago everytime I reached out to them I was told 3 days that was three times so then I was offered a refund still haven't received it and I wonder if I am going to have to wait over a month for my refund smmfh if you can't produce stop selling

Put my order in and paid in full only receive partial of my order and sent request for someone to contact me back and know one till this day has contact me back it's been 2months have to get my own refund back from PayPal

They reassured me the sandals were on the way and back ordered because they are so popular. Let me tell you, these sandals were worth the wait! They are my favorite shoes I've ever ordered... so comfortable and so pretty.

It took more then a Months to come and the size is way to small.
Forget about return to get bigger its gonna take a years...
I've paid and been waiting for 3 weeks now for the shoes to even leave their warehouse. And they still in the warehouse... it is March 30th I ordered them March 12th
This arrived much later than expected, and very little communication with the company. The sizing is not true to size.
Pants were way to small. I bought a large and it fit as a small.
Shipping was a bit long but overall I'm satisfied with 2 out of the 3 things I purchased.
My experience was awful, I did not receive what I ordered. On top of everything else they wanted me to pay shipping to return the wrong item I received. Had they sent me the right item that I already pay shipping cost for I feel I shouldn't have to pay to return their mistake that's charging me shipping twice for something that I did not order and I don't think that was fair. That is not how a business should be run.
I had a query about delivery. I received a fast response and t shirts arrived soon after that

Overall experience was okay, found stuff I really liked. The delivery fee was pretty hefty but I was fine with that. But my items were a different experience. The jeans I ordered are nothing the jeans in the pictures nor the same material.
It is to big for me and doesn't look good as it advertised on the ad. It's so hard to return the product back to you.
