First, I didn't get my shoes in time to go out of the country, then I couldn't return for a refund or credit. Said that it was past the cut off date but it was 4 days early. I will never order from them again and I am telling everyone I know not to order from this company.

Thus was my first experience and I am satisfied with the service. The items much thinner that I expected but so far so good

Everything looks exactly as pictured and it's true to size! The shipping was only 2 weeks!

Company did not honor their return policy. Contact their customer service department and jumped through all of the hoops they put forth for the return and then they did not extend a refund.

I received my order but dress was too tight, returned it for a larger size,was told the larger size dress was being shipped but haven't received it yet.

Everything was as expected and the fit on all items were true to size. The only issue was my dress zipper was stuck so when I unzipped it. It made a tiny hole in the fabric. I loved all my items and I have placed another order!

The item was too large, but it would've cost me four times the price ti exchange

First of all, I ordered the items to have for the 4th of July. Needed them before the first of July. They were late. Secondly, some of the items were too big. Half the items were sized way smaller than the tag reads. So only half the items were actually wearable. I've tried to get a return label and return address so that I can return them. They will not send me the return address! They keep offering me 20% refund or now 40% refund at this point and now they stopped responding to my messages. I cannot wear these items and will never be able to wear them because they are the wrong size. I ordered according to their size chart. I ordered XXLs. I ordered three pairs of shorts and two pairs of pants. Only one of them was sized correctly and they're all marked as the same size. They will not work with me. They will not allow me to return these items! Very bad experience. Do not order from these people! This is basically a scam site. Nothing looks like it does in their pictures either! And, the shirts are made of crappy non-breathable fabric, all polyester! Beware!

Like the items and they fit real well on my girlfriend.

Nice prices. Quality of the items are great however the shipping rate should be remove or reduce...because it is more than the cost of some items hence the shipping cost can be a negative to bellewholesale online shoppers because other online franchiser are offering free shipping
