Despite attempts advising Bellavei that I am not a member, nor do I wish to be, they continue to charge my credit card for some mystical membership. They will confirm that they have cancelled this 'membership' but will continue to bill your credit card. Do not give these people your credit card number.
I have ordered Bella Vei skin products and paid for it now R 149.95 is deducted monthly? Please ensure that this is stopped or legal action will be taken.
I also follwed a link and decided to test their promotional package. I understood I was purchasing for R445 and then over R2000 went off my credit card. I emailed them immediately and only received an automated reply and 2 days later still nothing. I've placed a dispute on my credit card and noified Bellavie but no reply. Only received a shipment notification after I mailed them to lodge my complaint.
I think it's a scam.
