I can't believe such a community can't do things like these. What's with all the news circling around Bella Collina, people are getting disappointed. Once a community which served as a true luxurious example, now a mobster management silencing everyone for saying a word against them. Why they refused support of Black Lives Matter sign anyway? It all comes to me, that these people are managing really bad there... No wonder no one wants to buy a home!

What kind of a home is where you need to pay in order to be comfortable? I am talking about those scam club fees you are forcing people to pay and if they don't do that, they get sued! Your whole place is covered with scams and manipulation of the residents. No wonder it is empty for so many years... The most awkward part is that the place is full with people who have some kind of a criminal background. It is like the mafia is living there... NO WORDS!
What scares me the most about this place is that it continuously looks good in the mainstream media, but in fact there are so evil things going on. People are getting intimidated and scared and losing millions on the other side. Their unprofessional behavior and management is hidden pretty well behind their connections. It is no question, when you will see that Dwight Schar is the man owning this place, the same businessman whom businesses are being investigated from the FBI!
What's with all the things going on in this place? Intimidation, bullying, enforcement! Scaring and threatening residents, investors losing millions, homeowners fleeing the place because they cannot get a deal with the managers! This place turned into real life ghost town in the last 10 years. No one wants to buy a house there. Why? Why is all of this?
I've read that a family in this place has been harassed and stalked by the management for years, because they've shared publicly their opinion about the community they live in, with a Google review. After that review, their whole life went upside down, since the management of Bella Collina has stalked, harassed and threatened to ruin the lives of a husband, wife and three little girls! The mother, Anna even wrote a letter to the owner of Bella Collina, for the harassment to stop, but after him ignoring it, she shared it online looking for help. What kind of luxury is this?
Bella Collina is drastically losing the money. The community is like a sinking ship that drove the residents out of the place and made them decide to not invest even a penny anymore. They stopped paying the high fees of the club and fled the community. How do I know this? I helped my son with buying a house there, but after what we've been through, NEVER AGAIN!
Residents of Bella Collina lost $700 mil. They lost everything! What was once a wish to live in a luxury community, now it turned to be the last place on Earth, where people will invest. People need to thank the manages of Bella Collina for that. They turned the place into an empty community with barely any families living there!
People are losing big money in this place! More then 500 families invested in Bella Collina in the previous years and lost millions, so after awhile they sued the community and fled the place. Why is that? Well, the managers are the ones being sued for intimidation and acting like a mafia enforcers to the residents, forgetting about the place and transforming it into a ghost town. Well, what kind of a fool will want to live in Bella Collina, a place where people are being harassed on one side and charging $80,000 for a club annually, they are not using, not maintained pavements, park, golf course on the other side?
My friend was the groom in a wedding that took place here in Bella Collina about a year ago. They scammed him with extra charges of "hidden costs" about the wedding. Added costs about the food and service! When he asked them for an explanation why he needs to pay something which he is not aware of, they replied with ruthlessness and rudeness. Is this professional? They took advantage of a young man, that only has been starting his life. I really did not expected that from Bella Collina and I felt so sorry for him. After that, I've read so many reviews about them, people complaining, filing lawsuits, fleeing Bella Collina, unsatisfied with the weddings there... Yesterday I've read they are trying to remove a sign from a family's yard which is supporting the Black Lives Matter... Why such a community, meant to be luxurious and highly professional is doing these things?
I just want to express my outrage experience with you. After I've seen the news about opposing a family to remove a banner from their lawn supporting the Black Lives Matter movement I couldn't feel more angry and pissed. I just want to ask you, why do you want them to remove the banner? I even read somewhere that you sued them for placing the banner! How ridiculous is that? What are you trying to do here? I stand with the Juravin family and their support for us, the protesters of the Black Lives Matter movement!
Bella Collina supposed to be a luxury community meant for the people who want to live a good life. That was the vision for building this community. But after Dwight Schar bought it, the community turned from luxury to a ghost town! He brought his evil and criminal management and the problems started. What can you expect from people who only want to profit?
It is really disappointing to hear that such a behavior is a common thing for the management in Bella Collina! On one occasion we were invited in Bella Collina to play golf. The place seems amazing. There were some things which I found unprofessional. The golf course was not maintained with a lot of holes and big grass, where you can fall and break a leg. After the golf, I was interested in looking at the houses and possibly like some, but the manager was really rude in some way, pushy, lacking professionalism and focusing only to sell, so I just backed off. Later I am reading that the management is being sued for intimidation, racketeering and bullying the residents. REAL MAFIA-STYLE BEHAVIOR in Bella Collina, unfortunately! Never going again! P. S I found a picture on the web about it, take a look!
I see so many bad reviews here? I remember Bella Collina as one of the most beautiful and peaceful places to live in the Orlando area. Those things certainly changed in the last years! What most disappointed me was their opposing of a BLM sign in a family's yard!? I am an activist of the BLM and that got me hard...
From what I am reading about this place and I found a lot of things, people lost $700 million! That is about 500 families who traded lawsuits with the community, not only lost so much money, but fled their homes and sold them. Some got fair prices, but most lost millions in their investments. What a disgrace...
A real scam! They haven't sold a single home for years and yet they are pushing you to buy one telling you that they have the most beautiful homes in the most luxurious community! Yeah right... They pushed us to buy a home we don't like at all. It was really strange and unprofessional for someone to push you to buy something and just make a profit of it... Do your homework people!
Well. I went at Bella Collina with my friends and cousins to check out on the golf course and the community itself, with the club, so my friend could see if he will like there to have a wedding. First thing I didn't like was that is too far from the city, so I could only imagine what can happen if we are on a wedding there and try to get to Orlando. When we got there, I saw a lot garbage left on the streets and like no one was caring about it. Then we went to the golf course and to have some fun time playing golf. It was dry and like not taken care of, so you have hard time playing, you are going for the grass or the ball... Well, I think that my friend is still thinking about place, but I am not sure he will do a wedding at Bella Collina. But what most disturbed me, was that I read news about an attempt from Bella Collina to remove a banner supporting the Black Lives Matter!
I remember this place was imagined to be a true luxury in Florida back in the days, now it is a ghost town with barely any residents living in it... Too far from Orlando!
NVR's founder Dwight Schar is an owner of Bella Collina in Orlando too. His managers are bullying and intimidating residents from the community. The residents have reported on many occasions, bullying, intimidation and force. On one side they lost millions of dollars and on the other they abandoned their homes and have fled Bella Collina forever! Several of the families who owned property in the community have sued the business for racketeering, fraud, scams, and embezzlement. Is this the proper way of managing a luxurious community?
I was on my friend's wedding here in Bella Collina about 1 year ago. She was the bride. The most gorgeous one! Her wish of being fancy in a beautiful place like Bella Collina was fulfilled! Everything was great, until they came to the step of settling up the bills after the wedding. So they've charged them with extra fees, which were not agreed on before with a rude explanation "That's how it is. This is your wedding and these are your costs!" I mean wow!? They payed them of course, they didn't want trouble. And here we are 1 year later, after long fights, they got divorced... Well I've read somewhere else as well, people are accusing this place of bad luck...!?
Just about three years ago we were thinking of buying a house in Bella Collina. So we went there to just look on the houses, check on them, check on the community and see if something will catch our eyes. It is a lake side community with about 900 homes there. We even took with us a friend which was a real estate agent before, so we will get a professional tip as well. Luckily we didn't manage to buy a house there. And why is that? Their salesman was so pushy and trying to aggressively sell a particular house, which we didn't like, trying to convince us that has everything what we need. The house was so close to the other, you could look at the neighbor's room and see what is it doing. We were also surprised to see that many houses are free, not occupied. Like I said before, we were lucky to not buy a house there and maybe our friend helped us a bit with his experience of pushy and aggressive sellers. So, here we are today, after three years, reading the news and finding that the management is making or trying to remove a banner supporting the "BLM" community from a homeowner's yard. But not just that, it is supporting the peaceful protesters of the "BLM" community and not the ones who use these protests to rob and destroy property. I am a member of "BLM" and I found this oppressing. Why would you like to remove a banner supporting the most powerful movement these days? Do you really know what is this movement about? Or you are simply against the millions of people protesting for the equality of the society? Well, I support this family and encourage them to stand with the banner! We are glad we have supporters everywhere who are against these kind of oppression. This is why this movement exists in the first place!
I have been at Bella Collina a couple of times and especially to play golf with my friends to their golf course. It really makes you feel the Italian sense there, they did it well about it. But I have seen so much trash there on the streets, broken pavements, broken trees and not cleaned streets. I got the feeling that this community is not managed properly. I found some pictures on the Internet about this community. It looked like it is an abandon place. And it looks like I was right about it. I saw news today about an attempt from the management to move a sign of a homeowner's yard supporting the Black Lives Matter peaceful protesters about George Floyd. I found this really offending! Why would the management want to remove this sign? Why is it that you want removed? This family is supporting maybe the most powerful thing that happened in the latest years. Are you not caring about it?
I don't think Bella Collina is a good neighborhood. There are a lot of complaints against them and they do nothing about them.
Though the site looks good, it hides the truth about the dark history of Bella Collina in Florida. Search "Bella Collina SCAM" or Bella Collina investigated by ABC News. Bella Collina site and management (Randall Greene, Paul Simonson, and Dwight Schar) have been sued for unfair business practices.
I was shocked when I read that Bella Collina's residents sued the community for abusive behavior. This became such a common thing lately with the communities, that is really odd! How can you buy a million-dollar home only to get abused? I don't get it! Things got real when I've read that the community oppressed homeowners for placing a Black Lives Matter supporting sign in their yard! That, I can't stand...
Do your research. Bella Collina is a beautiful venue for a wedding! It's an awesome place to play golf. However, there would be absolutely nothing you can say to convince me to buy a home here. The People run this place are just plain evil!
