Have purchased many candles from here, Love the candles themselves, very long lasting aroma but the rings aren't real silver anymore and when you go to the site to enter your code to see if you've won it just keeps saying "site can not be found" very disappointing because that was one of the best parts and now the gift i just gave won't be up to par for what i told her about the candle & ring we gifted her.
No code was found when prize was revealed, and numerous broken candles that i burnt anyway. Soooooo embarrassing to give as a gift.

They could have done a little better with costume service and sending out my
Replacement candle due to mine coming in smashed but I think that was due to having to many people handling that issue and no one put the ticket in until the last person I spoke to almost 3 weeks later. Now I'm just waiting on this order to give you my overall opinion.
There was a mix-up with my order I noticed it on my order confirmation. I emailed Bella candles and looked up their number to call and try to fix it. They had to give me a refund which was posted to my account today. So I'd say good service there as it was only 3 days from contact to refund. I ordered 2 more candles today and I will post again when I receive and burn my candles.
I'm seeing all of these horrible reviews about Bella Candles. I remember receiving an email for a free candle and I was excited to order it and I saw I had to pay shipping which I didn't mind. I read the fine print that said it will charge you monthly for a membership (which a lot of people didn't read from the looks of the previous posts) so I decided not to order it because it's not free at all if you have to pay shipping and monthly membership. I recently got an E-mail saying I won $15 gift certificate but I'm skeptical about the quality of the jewelry and if it's a safe site to put my information on.
