Great site, cashback rate is very good and I get most cashback they promised. Sometime it not working but I always get tickets supported. Anyway, I have no complain.

Used Befrugal when we book cruise from expedia in Jan, and the cash back amount supposes to be as much as $550! At the beginning, I didn't see any activity regarding this transaction, so I emailed them and sent all the information regarding this. They then added it as pending state. They said I can only actually get the cashback if expedia send inquiry back to them. I don't think expedia has time to return their email to confirm my purchase and they just use it as an excuse to refuse to pay you back if the amount is huge.

I love ordering thru befrugal.com. This website is very user friendly and shows discount codes for a huge number of vendors. A big plus is the cash back feature. Doesn't take long for that cash to build up if you like to order online in lieu of fighting the crowds at shopping malls. Very easy to request your cash reward payment.
Do not use... I stopped my brother from making an online order and encouraged him to use befrugal. I sent him the referral link from my account and was with him when he opened email and signed up from it. He then went through site under my guidance to make an order on jet.com and befrugal claims that they have no record he was referred by me and is refusing to pay the referral bonus.
They are garbage. Use ebates or topdollar.

As recommended by company in their lackluster response below, I contacted via webchat and olark attached same generic message and ignored any validity to the complaint. I had a transaction that sat in pending status for eight months. After eight months they decided to give me some generic canned reply denying payment. In the end I lost $80.00. There are too many cashback websites that are far more honest and reliable. AVOID BeFrugal!

Customer Service very responsive, much faster resolution and more cashback sites than main competitor. % back usually matches or beats competitors. Even when it doesn't, I still prefer the relative ease of use, better explanation of terms (which is important), and ability to request cashback on demand rather than set dates in the future.

I have tried other sites, but found that my clicks had not been recorded, or mysteriously "lost", losing the transaction completely. BeFrugal is solid and reliable. They also have on occasion offered site only coupons that let me save even more.
