I save so much with BeFrugal, it's amazing! I added the extension to my browser and I never have to worry about forgetting to click the site first. It ends up making things much more affordable to me. I'm a very thrifty person and I would highly recommend this to anyone!

I have several transaction denied and customer service cannot give a clear answer as to why it was denied. In fact most of the replies are automatic generic responses from their computer so I doubt there's any live person in customer service.
The new scams they're running is Reversing Transactions that was previously approved or paid. They went through my profile and reversed my largest transaction.
They stole $726.38 from me this month. I'm done with this POS company
Good tracking. Good customer support. Easy to navigate account and see status. Updates on time and pays as promised. I am a few dollars shy of $400 rewarded. I do not monitor it closely so I can not confirm how accurate and reliable it is, but $400 back in my pocket makes me really happy!

Awesome service! Got my cash back in a decent amount of time and everything worked perfectly. Use of this service more than a year, I'm glad there are sites to return part of their money on purchases.
More than once I bought items though BeFrugal but never got the rebate. They make it impossible to report it because the date of the purchase isn't on the form you have to use and if the date is not in their system you can't submit the form. Will not waste my time with them in the future.

I love Befrugal. The perks and deals are awesome. And the payouts are easy to process. I recommend this to all my friends. Love it.
I opened the account in August, have $31 dollars sitting in my cash back account. All verified, none payable, even meeting the minimal withdrawal limit. & when I ask, I always get the same answer "merchants gives 120 days to mark as payable. When that's done, they will notify us & we will notify you." The deals are great, but you don't actually get to use the cash back. If you want your cash back quick, don't use this site.

So simple- great for people who do any online shopping. Even if you don't shop online- all the coupons are right there to use. It is fabulous- I have saved a ton in coupons and earned money back on things I was already buying!

I haven't had any issues receiving my payments. It goes right to an Amazon gift care. I've accumulated some serious rewards as I do my shopping primarily online. I'd be throwing away money not using BeFrugal.

Once you place a purchase, they will typically update the pending cash back within 7 days of the purchase. If they do not update, we have resources to assist. Unfortunately, they only give us Up to 60 days to send them an inquiry regarding the pending cash back. If it is more than 60 days, we would not be able to send them the inquiry.
