I am not sure how or when to apply BeFrugal. Sometimes a tab shows up on my computer when I place an online order & I select it however, I have no idea what to expect. I would love to know how to make the most of this app. Sometimes it isn't very easy. I see I have accumulated some rewards but I am certain there are times I could use it.
Easy to use, they don't send you promo texts, the payout process is fairly easy.
BeFrugal lure you in with higher cash back than other sites, but it's a scam.
I have several transaction denied and customer service cannot give a clear answer as to why it was denied. In fact most of the replies are automatic generic responses from their computer so I doubt there's any live person in customer service.
The new scams they're running is Reversing Transactions that was previously approved or paid. They went through my profile and reversed my largest transaction.
They stole $726.38 from me this month. I'm done with this POS company
Rebates are higher here... but what good is that if they are not credited to your account?. The dispute process is purposely drawn out so that you cant return the order because the return window has expired, leaving you with product you will never get credit for and paid full price. Other sites like Dollar Dig answer emails within 24 hrs and its a personal email... not some cut and paste garbage
BeFrugal "claims" you didn't activate their site when you KNOW you did then denies your money. Maybe they keep it? It has happened twice & cost me almost $100! Use another cash back site. I've never had a problem with TopCashBack or RetailMeNot. BeFrugal is very shady!
I find that starting my on-line shopping through Befrugal "sometimes" allows unexpected rewards! If the end result is not to my satisfaction, then I shop elsewhere. I was happy to see that my cash back amount grew with no real effort. I would have purchased most of these items anyway. Will donate my gift card to a family in need.
I was saddened when RadioShack filed for bankruptcy and closed most of its stores. Their reorganization is moving along and they have a great website with many parts and the... stuff RS was known for On Sale. The return policy is generous, with them paying the return shipping as well. Though you won't find a lot in some categories, what remains is a great deal when you consider that ordering from AliExpress takes weeks. Get the goods while you can, I don't know if the website is a permanent fixture of the reorganized company. Read more
Compare the rates and if Ebates has the better rate, go with them even if it is slightly less. You have a better chance of getting your credit. Befrugal will sometimes deny good purchases. Ebates is more lenient. But they are ok overall.
Cashback is missing most of the time and you always need to submit an inquiry to ask for your money. With my experience half of inquiries were denied by stores even you did activate BeFrugal while purchasing stuff.
The cash-back offers are lower than other sites. You end up not getting cash back on a lot of your purchases, and it takes to long for your cash to be available.
I use the money I get to save for the holidays or something I might need. It's my personal savings. I find that you get the most payouts from stores on BeFrugal than on other sites. Very happy with BeFrugal.
Be Frugal is such a great way to earn a little extra cash for every day purchases I would make anyway. So easy to do!
I like that you can request a pay out any time and that it offers some attractive offers. However, you can't collect on therse offers and the company doesn't value your loyalty. I have transactions that have "pending investigation" over a year and all I get told is I'll get paid when they receive the commission (there is no resoultion to these transactions and customer suffers because he trusted their offer). Also, I have purchases that have been verified since April which is way over 90 days that most companies follow but I still cannot request a payout because they have not become payable yet.
I just love BeFrugal. They have been so great to help me save money so that I can spend it on whatever I want.
I love how I can request funds. However, I would like to have had the opportunity to change my Zelle account to my email instead of my cell number.

All I had to do is verify my payout method, and I initiated a one-business-day return payout. Furthermore, BeFrugal has become my preferred cash-back retailer.
