Bought few items and wanted them to arrive for a certain time as it was a present.
All were showing "in stock". Delivery was supposed to take 48 hours.
4 days later when I rang them to ask about the delivery I was told that one of the items was out of stock. No one bothered to ring me or to send me an email.
A rude lady in the call centre didn't give a damn. I was told that I would get my parcel within next two days. It arrived 4 days later.
In the mean time I sent two email and left one voice mail message. No one got back to me.
Will never use them again.

Ordered an item from them at the end of October- expecting a nice surprise in our post on return from a wee holiday. Nothing. We didn't even get a confirmation email. I rang them and they said they had emailed us as item was out of stock but they were expecting stock in and it would be sent to us the following week.
Still nothing- and no reply to emails.
A month after placing our order I decided to check the company out at Companies House... overdue accounts, a charge against the mortgage and a previous insolvency... yup, a well run company who had taken our money and lied!
Rang the company, asked where our order was, explained I had not received any emails from them and that I'd been looking them up online... customer service agent became rude to the point of being abusive and said that publicly available information was "none of my business" and offered to cancel my order. I said I wanted the money back by the end of the week and she replied it would be processed that day and hung up on me.
Money has been refunded and the company has tried to remove my review from another site saying that it is not a valid customer order- because they know that they have NEVER emailed us!
I have written on my blog about them too as I find their business practises disgusting.

I have just ended a two month process with this company. I ordered one item in January and waited until a few days after the due delivery date to email them. I received no response, and after a while, I phoned. I was told that my order was out of stock (despite the fact that the site specifically boasts that they do not advertise anything that they do not have to hand), the product would be back in stock in a week and that my delivery would be upgraded. The estimated date passed and again I had to phone after unsuccessful email attempt umber two. My order had only just come due to some delay in and would be with me in a few days. No one thought to email me and alert me to any further complications, they would far rather just let the customer wait and hope they didn't comment.

I am not sure how long afterward I received the delivery, but on opening the box I found that even though the invoice was correct, I had been given the wrong product which was in no way even close to what I ordered either in content or value. Phoning again, I was cheerily told about the mix up - the customer on the opposite end of this display of absolute incompetence had returned my order and they had it at the office. Again, why did they wait for me to get in contact? I would have been far more understanding had they taken the initiative to email me. Instead I was asked to mail back the mistaken item - at this point I can't say that I wanted to oblige the company anything however, they refused to refund me if I did not put the effort in to post it back. An obliging company would seek to either simply refund the order or send it out with no fuss on the side of the costumer who, quite frankly was sickened and weary of dealing with them. I will be posting the items back. I will never be using the site again.

This is the most hassle I have ever encountered with a company. Like many, I am almost certain that this company is not legitimate - either that or they are simply the most ill-organised, uncommunicative and unprofessional company in history. The thing they have going for them is that the telephonists I have spoken to were very pleasant, they have probably had many encounters exactly like mine and serve the company well in that they convinced me to return the item. The service itself is unacceptable.

And this was only for one item!

Under no circumstances order from them: You will be left unsatisfied in every possible way.

THIEVES!
December 14, 2012

THIEVES! Placed order on 12/11/12, didn't arrive so I contacted them only to be told it was out of stock but was due in. A week later still no order so I requested cancellation of my order and a full refund. It's now the 14/12/12 and I'm still waiting for my refund. I've contacted them on four separate occasions now and keep getting excuses. I will be contacting them on a daily basis until I get my refund. I have also emailed the Watchdog programme to complain. They probably think that due to the nature of the items being sold people won't take it any further. Think again, I just have. Wish I'd seen the CRAP reviews before I parted with my money. Do your self a favour and shop elsewhere.

I placed an order on Sunday for delivery on the following Saturday paying the extra delivery charge. Waited in for delivery no delivery, late afternoon rang Bedroompleasures ref non delivery. Spoke to Karleen she said item was out of stock I complained that I was not notified and asked for my order to be cancelled. Karleen sent an email immediately saying a refund to my card would be made in 7 working days. I ordered the item from another company for next Saturday delivery no problemat all.
Their was another item I wanted which I could only find in Bedroompleasures so I ordered it for Saturday delivery. I was not really worried because I thought Ihad had good service last year. It was later that I realised that previously I had dealt with another company with Bedroom. In their name. I then sent emails requesting my refund pointing out that a refund must be made within 30days and that had been exceeded. I spoke on the phone to Karleen who said the refund had been made I contacted my credit card company who said they had not received a refund yet but to wait a firther 3 days and I if I did not receive the refund they would rquest it from the company, I did get the refund. The delivery on my second Item was not made on the Saturday but during the week which meant I had to collect it from the couriers depot. I have not bothered about complaining about the non Saturday delivery and requesting the refund of the postage.My worst ever internet shopping experience. In future will always look at reviews on companies before placing an order.

Worst site in the world, 18days and still waiting for my refund, they say they have items in stick but they just lying, once u order ur item then do they only order from their suppliers. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE THIEVES

Ordered £100 worth of items, no email confirmation, supposed to have next day delivery, didn't come! Waited a week and emailed customer services to be told one item was out of stock so the would send next day. Now been 14 days, still no items. Called customer services to be told it, ll be posted tomorrow. Explained I was upset with service and told "what do u want me to do about it?" do not buy from this site!

Not even one star... I've used them happily for ages -- then they changed managment!
Ordered item, NO despatch notification. E-mailed to find out when it was coming and apparently it had been delivered but no one was home. There is always someone home, and there was not card left. They want another £2.95 to re-deliver! Order was cancelled and they kept £2.95 of my money with no intention of refunding. Complete rip off merchants. MY ADVICE DON'T USE THEM AT ALL.

Doesn't get much worse than this.

Out of stock, no notification. Took a week of trying to get a response, and, after much discussion, they then sent totally unsuitable replacements. Returned but then unable to get another response out of them. You can call, email. Nothing. Resorting to Paypal to get my money back. They seem simply not to care.

Avoid, avoid, avoid. I can't stress this enough.

Bed room pleasures. co.uk is a complete con. They'll take your money and never post you the item and give you a million and one excuses. & if you cancel your order they tell you your item has just come in and they'll post it to you. Then a few days later email you and tell you there out off stock. And trying to get a refund, good luck. Your better banging your head against a wall. WORST WEBSITE EVER!
