I was struggling to find XL sized sheets for a large number of bunk beds so bought these. I have only washed the sheets 2-3 times each and the threads are coming loose. Moreover, the sheets don't have any tags on them that tell you what size they are (I have multiple sized beds). The resulting quality is like something a 12 year old would make in a home economics class! And, of course, their return policy is to only take returns of unopened items within 30 days of receipt...so you would never be able to return them once you realize the terrible product you bought. I never write reviews, but I'm hoping I save someone the wasted $$s that I incurred.

I bought an Olympic Mattress cover; this item is hard to find & I thought I would spend the $75 (sale). The cover was super thin; not enough material or filler to keep any type of fluids off the mattress. Allegedly made in the USA. If so, it's an embarrassment for the US. I returned the product which cost me $21 to ship it and this company subtracted the $9 they paid to ship it to me. I do not recommend this company and will definitely not buy a single product from them in the future. They have no phone number & any emails you sent takes them a week or longer to get back to you. Stay Away! Find another company! If I could give zero stars that's what I would have chosen.

I ordered some bed linens. The sheets were attached sheets for bunk beds. They were attached so that the wrong side of the top sheet was up. I tried to email them to get a return slip. They never responded. It took over 2 weeks to get my order from a place only 100 miles away. I kept the sheets because I had washed them (which you cannot return). I will never order from them again. Most of the shopping sites I use are great but this one's customer service is terrible.

I ordered sheets for sofa bed on Dec. 3,2020. As of Jan. 30,2021, NO SHEETS, NO SHIPPING, NOTHING. Contacted company before Christmas about order. Rose responded and gave me the impression, order would be put out soon. Have no idea when I will get order. I'm going to ask for a refund if my order is not shipped soon. Really should say it takes 3 months to receive order.

BEWARE! I ordered king sized sofa bed sheets. I would have returned the sheets, but I would have lost half of my nearly $150 payment due to initial shipping/handling charges which would not be reimbursed, plus the cost to return ship plus 20% restocking.

After 3 weeks my sheets arrived. The material was embedded with a noxious chemical so pungent, I could not keep the sheets or shipping box in the house.

I immediately complained to the company, and customer service "Rose" told me to wash in soda wash - without advising me that if I washed the sheets, I could not return them. She also agreed to contact the manufacturer to determine what could be done. After three weeks, I never heard from the company.

It took 3 washings to tone down (not eliminate) the toxic chemcial smell... but the 3 washings, on gentle cycle... and the elastic completely unravelled from the sheets.

Rose refused to accept my return, because they were washed - even though these sheets are only several weeks old, and never used due to the chemical stench.

Now I am the owner of unusable $150 sheets. BUYER BEWARE.

I needed sofa bed sheets in a nice color, and this company was the only game in town. The good news: the fitted sheet is indeed perfect... stays put and tight as a drum. Also: to the person who complained that the attached flat sheet was upside-down: this is the way it should be, so when the be is made, the top sheet overlap is the 'right side' of the fabric. This brings us to... the bad news: the attached flat sheet is quite short and does not allow for a nice overlap over your bed clothes. I remedied this by taking apart one of the pillow cases and stitching it to the top of the flat sheet to give it extra length.

I'm not thrilled with the feel and texture (I orderd the 300ct cotton model) of the sateen finish... but that seems to be what is out there these days at retail in sheets... no more crisp cottons. And for the price, the set is not as well finished as one might expect. I would be more willing to try more products from this company but for their unreasonable return policy (hefty unrefundable shipping charges PLUS a 15% re-stocking fee).

Bottom line... although I'm relatively pleased with the product, I most likely will not be buying from this company again.
