My parcel was lost and then "destroyed". They said it was not their fault and offered me a 20% refund or I could pay $15 to get a new order shipped. I bet the quality is trash too. Would not recommend.

So, the product was terrible. The cut completely wrong and not even fixable. I was offered $3 refund or to buy another useless product for 50% off. Or to ship product to China, send them tracking no and get full refund minus shipping. The postage to ship it to china was so expensive, that as a refund i would get $5 back. Except, they never sent the refund

DO NOT order from Beachsisssi. Horrible experience, swimsuit looked very cute on the pictures but not as described, just some cheap china junk. I had no idea when i placed the order this website's based in China, took 2 weeks to get my order and return was such a hassle, they didn't want to accept returns instead they suggest to keep my order and offer 50% of my future purchases. Other options are mail the items back which will cost $60 and up to ship back to them.

Do not buy anything from this company. Their return policy is basically that they do not have one. Once you buy it, you won't be able to return it. Six emails and no return tracking number has yet to be given. In fact, I was told to sell the merchandise to someone else. HAHA!

Crazy that this sort of thing can happen without the company being shut down.

You buy with a clear return policy and when you want to request a return, they try to convince you that returning items must be sent to China and might get lost, so you better keep everything and the send you 3 more items at 1/2 price (so you must put money on top of your loss) or take $30 back towards a return of $190 and keep the items. That is totally insane. They suggest it's a good deal since I can resell whatever I wish to return. This is a total scam, they lie with the return policy. They ship from an address in USA but want you to returnitems to China and pay for shipping. I will dispute this with Paypal. A dishonest business. I can't understand how they are still in business

Ordered 3 items. Was happy with 1 but the other 2 tdidn't fit so i wanted to return. I was told I can get 1 for free & keep the 2. What do you do with something that doesnt fit. Cant call the other item free as you are giving me an item and forcing me to keep 2 and charging me for the 2 that don't fit me and forcing me to keep it. Surely this doeant fit consumer affairs standards. This is a china based company. Almost not worth the shipping fees even to return.

Pretty much impossible to make a return... to China. Nothing is said in the return policy about returns need to go back to China. Customer service says they won't refund until they receive items but might get stuck in customs, take a long time, etc... and offer to send more swim suits 2 for price of 1.
Keep getting the run around. The items were not shipped from China but can't be returned to warehouse. Cute stuff but fits a little weird and meant for young and super skinny. Im a sz 8 and the large is sooooo small.

Wish I had read these reviews before I ordered, Would have saved me money and and stress. Their return OR exchange is 15 days from receipt of item. They don't answer requests for returns for over 2 days. Had to email twice for response. They will not exchange anything even for credit. Yes they then try to make deals with you, like getting something for half price after you're forced to keep items that don't fit is ridiculous. I refuse to even accept a free product from them at this point. Disappointed! Don't do it. Try another company that cares even a little about customer service.

Below is the options I was offered when I wanted to return my items, hindsight I should have checked this more carefully. However, as soon as I indicated I was not happy with any of these options, the customer service rep stopped replying to all my emails, so needless to say I was not able to pick any of these options within the 7 day window. Also, note option C gives you a refund, but you have to pay shipping, cheapest shipping from my location to China was $35.
A) Exchange for New Item: we resend you a new item with 50% off price instead of return. (Most customers choose this)
B) Fast Partial Refund: You don't need to return. We can refund USD$3 for each return item. This way can save your much effort and time.
C) Return for full refund: Please mail them out within 7 days and offer the valid returning tracking number.
