I purchased 2 Hankook tires mounted only car has not been moved and a big knot push out the sidewall pic enclosed but I'm told through customer service that's knots are not warranties and it was impact damage these tires are 200 a piece the blue is still on the sidewalls no miles at all! This is my 3rd purchase of well over 3000 dollars but very well can be the last I just expect what I pay for

Horrible customer service. Nick hangs up in your face. I called on several times and as soon as he hears my voice he hangs up the phone. He needs to find something else to do if he cant answer the phone correctly.
3 weeks later, no resolution to my fury factory deemed tires! A manager did reach out to me with a promise that he would be back in touch that same day after our lengthy phone interaction. Anyone want to take a wager if he called me back or not? I'll wait 💤 💤 💤. Whoever had the over on NO CALL BACK is the winner! If you guessed no call back you're right yet again! Man you guys reading this are good! Next stop this week is a nice call to the better business bureau cause I've had it driving on tires that will make a tampon fall out of a vagina going down the road. BBWheels has chose to not resolve my issue that the manufacturer even deemed my tires defective! What choice are we left with as customers. All I asked is to have the new tires shipped and when they are installed at my expense yet again cause they didn't offer any credit for the past 3 times attempting to balance them out at an average of $300 per time I will send them the pics they requested of holes drilled in the sides of the old ones. Which is actually embarrassing for a major company like Fury to even want at this point after what I've had to deal with! Do better BBWheels!
After leaving my review on how bad the customer service is at this company and they replied on here to save face, no management has attempted to resolve this issue as their reply states. Better business borough will be contacted this week. This company has the worst customer service after a sale I've ever had to deal with.
They have deemed my tires defective after I sent all the info they required to them. The index of the tires is the worst the shops has ever seen!
After trying at 3 different high end shops to balance out the fury tires I bought off bbwheels, just to find out the tires were defective. I sent all the road force index info and pics to them and they deemed them defective yet will not send out new tires to me with out holes drilled in the sidewall of the old tires. They want me to tie up a lift at a shop for over a week and me to pay for shipping and difference in tire price plus lift time. Worst customer service for a tire company I've ever had to deal with. Issue has been going on for months and this place has customers jumping through hoops. I've contacted the attorney generals as well on this matter. Absolute terrible customer service. Never spend a penny with this company.
What a joke this place is I bought an Aries brush guard for my wife's vehicle while she was at a town I was going to install it. Upon opening the package I noticed that the brackets were missing. I called BB wheels they said they had to get a hold of the warehouse to have them shipped there was no guarantee on when I was going to get them, my wife will be home in two days. Call back to get a Tracking number they told me the brackets haven't even shipped yet probably won't get them for like a week week and a half. BB wheels is a joke. Call them seven times and act like they don't care. As I speak to a manager he's unavailable.
Ordered 5 Goodyear Marathon trailer tires, got them and they had a date of 4717, already 2 and a half years old!
I wish I could give negative stars... I just spent thousands of $$$$'s on a new set of Fury M/T's. I got them installed and two out of the four are out of round and they are bouncing my 1 ton diesel truck all over the place. BB Wheels asked me to have my installer take them back off to verify the tires are the issue and he was able to confirm that the tire's are confirmed wayyyy out of round and are 100% the issue. Fury and BB Wheels are only willing to replace one of the two messed up tires because the second tire is not bad enough for replacement? BB Wheels says its within spec and it's Fury's policy and warranty process... Now these tires are $550+ and are brand new tires with no miles on them and they are a liability... They are now asking me to have the tire taken back off yet again and drill the DOT stamp on the side wall and send them a photo of it drilled out. Now I won't have transportation and I am out even more $$ after paying the installer and I won't have transportation to get to work to pay for this mess not only all of that I still dont have the final approval to warranty the one out of the two tires to be replaced until I put a hole in the DOT stamp. I cant believe I am having to pay my installer for all of this additional work and along with that I will have no transportation and they are now telling me I will be responsible for the shipping cost on the replacement tire once it is approved. I cant believed that with how much these tires cost this is the quality and treatment you get? I want everyone to see this wonderful customer service and warranty process and I will be writing reviews until my fingers are bleeding anywhere and everywhere I can to warn as many people as I possibly can.
Purchased 4 wheels from bb wheels. They showed late. Had the tire shop put tires on them and 3 out of 4 wheels had major defects! Return policy states 25 percent return fee plus shipping. I'm pissed and will never use bb wheels again!

I purchased a full set of 325/50/R22 Toyo Open Country MT Tires for a little over $2600 from BB Wheels. After receiving them 48 hours later, I took my 2020 Ram 1500 to the Dodge Dealership to get the tires mounted and balanced along with an Alignment. I was replacing the same exact tires that was originally on the truck. Once mounted and balanced at the Dodge Dealership, I was told that 3 out of the 4 tires were "out of round" and that they FAILED a Hunter Road Force Balancing Machine Test. And the truck had a very bad wobble while driving it at any speed. I took the truck for a test drive after the tires were mounted and balanced and it had a serious wobble and pulled to the right hard. I called BB wheels and explain to them the situation. Once it was brought to BB wheels attention, BB Wheels explained to myself and the dealership that they would need proof from a Hunter Road Force Balance Machine that the 3 tires FAILED. My Dealership then sent them all paperwork showing record of the 3 tires FAILING the Hunter Road Force Balance Machine Test, along with pictures and videos of the "out of round" situation. Myself and The Dodge Dealership asked to speak to a manager or a supervisor multiple times and was denied access to anyone other than HR/Customer Service. BB Wheels then told me in order for me to get three more tires from them in this situation, I would need to re-purchase three new Toyo tires again and send back the three "out of round" tires that failed. And that I would be in charge of the Delivery fees on the 3 tires that had failed along with the 3 being resent. BB wheels also said the process would take 4 to 6 weeks for me to get my original purchase amount of the 3 outta 4 tires. Meaning I would have to spend an additional $1900 for another three tires for 4 to 6 weeks and once the claim had been submitted and approved by Toyo, then they would give me back $1900. What company in their right mind, thinks that's a fair situation. When I purchased the four tires originally they were on my front doorstep in 48 hours. I called Toyo to make sure that there was a "claim" submitted under my order number from BB Wheels, with those size tires, and they had no record of the claim. I called Toyo for 2 weeks about this "claim" that BB WHEELS had "submitted" and Toyo never once had record of the "claim" or any submitted sheets, videos, pictures that myself and my Dealership gave BB wheels for the 3 failed tires. I think BB Wheels lied about making the claim with Toyo to me in all honesty, because they didn't want to deal with it. Toyo never got a "claim" from BB Wheels. My Dodge Dealership felt so bad about the situation of BB wheels screwing me into the ground, that my Dealership went ahead and purchased the three tires from Toyo to make it right. I can't believe BB Wheels wouldn't own up to these 3 "out of round" tires with all the videos, pics and paperwork showing the failures. At one point over the phone, I was told that I would just have to deal with the tires being "out of round". That's real professional. I spend $2600 and get treated like absolute garbage. I wouldn't of even given this review a One Star, but that's my only option. I will never in my life buy from BB Wheels again. I have told this story to all my family members, work buddies, truck buddies, anyone and everyone because it is the Absolute TRUTH. Thank god for my Dealership. There still is good ppl in this world, but unfortunately BB WHEELS IS NOT ONE OF THEM.

I ordered a set of wheels for a truck. I entered the truck's info on their website and they said that would fit. They did not (hub bore to small). I returned the wheels but they will not refund my money and they will not contact me. It has been over a month since I returned the wheels. I have made attempts to contact. They have the wheels and the money and will not respond to emails. They claim to be a family owned buisness. What they actually are is a group of scam artists and theives. I am suer that they will post the " I am sorry that you had trouble, please contact us so that we mmay resolve this" response to this. Trust me folks, I have contacted them looking for a resolution with zero results. Buy your wheels elsewhere.
I just purchased a set of wheels from this company on the 4 of July weekend and after purchasing they said they will take 2-4 days on shipping and handling so after that I receive a email that the wheels were not in stock so I need to call and get different ones, ok that was about a week already so next day when I ordered the other one I am going to work and i am looking on my drive way 4 big boxes I was thinking that can't be the wheels that I just ordered last night so I approach the boxes and open one guess what it's was the wheels that they said it was out of stock so I contacted customer service to advise and be honest about them sending me the out of stock wheels, they did not have the order information. If I wasn't honest I could have kept them since nothing was noted of such purchase. Weeks pass by and I was told by the tire shop where I went to mount the wheels that 2 of the ones received where bent and did not take balancing properly. I contacted them once more to be told that I have to submit proof and also pay for balancing, and to send them back without confirming that I would get a replacement so now take them to the junkyard for scrap I will not recommend at all. This company. So be aware
I purchased a set of tires and they shipped me 3! Waited over 10 days for the 4th tired and they weren't inconvenienced a bit! Then had a flat on my rear tire which they probably sold me junk. Tried to used road hazard and they tires weren't registered... huh?! I've never registered a tire for road hazard. Typical loop and copout to keep from paying for your shady tires. Customer service is a joke and they just want your money.

Product is great, but it has nothing to do with BB as they are just a reseller. What they have fully under their control is Customer Service and that is where they lack tremendously. Zero customer focus with typical attitude "you will wait till we are good and ready". I had over $3K in orders for wheels and tires. Some of the items were not delivered/lost and order was not delivered as communicated. All I got from them for weeks was "warehouse is investigating". At the end i had weeks in delay and extra costs. It would be cheaper and faster for me to buy locally. Will not buy again from this vendor.
I do have to say that wheels and tires were as I was hoping they would be. So 5 stars for Vision wheels and Toyo Tires, Zero stars for BB Wheels experience.

Suck! Is the word that comes to mind for their customer service. I ordered parts in mid August and a week later nothing had been shipped, so I called but left on hold and left voice messages and then emailed an inquiry. They replied with checking with warehouse and then a message from them that one item is back ordered at manufacturer, I said please ship other items in the meantime, so they did and I requested cancelation of the back ordered item. I received the other items, but no cancelation of back ordered item. Ithen requested another cancelation of the back ordered item. Suddenly a week later the back ordered item shipped and I let them know and that its seems to be to late to cancel now that it had shipped, no reply... I then requested to return the item after it was delivered, but crickets... So I called Monday and hung on hold for a half hour, then talked to customer service about this ordeal and would like to return item, they sent me to another agent that was corresponding with me and they said they seen my email that morning and said they'd accept the return, so they sent me back to customer service. I was then told they'd email me an RA. Wednesday, I still hadn't received a email with the RA, so I called. I was on hold for half an hour, then answered. Customer Service claimed no record of me calling on Monday... and they'd send me an RA, but I'd be responsible for paying the return shipping and there'll be a 20% restock fee. I said that was crap, and they should stand up and be responsible for this as they didn't cancel the back ordered item as requested and let it ship. So, its Friday and here we sit with an item that's unusable, as when receiving it I found out it was the wrong model# too. Plus in the meantime while requesting the cancelation of the back ordered item I found the item at another distributor and was available to ship immediately.

Ordered wheels, lug nuts and tmps. Everything was ordered together over the phone. Made payment over the phone using credit card. We confirmed the address. Fast forward they shipped the lug nuts and tmps to the correct address and shipped the wheels to the wrong address. Went out off my way to have the issue fixed but BB Wheels stop taking my calls. They won't answer my emails. Basically I paid for wheels for someone else. I'm left working with the credit card company to be reimbursed. Very disappointed.
This place is a true Joke from the sales to the very very lack of customer service. They sent me the wrong rim twice but now they wanting more money out of me. I recently placed an order though BB Wheel for rims which they had no problem charging me for. 2 days later I get an e-mail informing me they were canceling my order and refunding my money "due to our anti-fraud system". As I look in my credit card account there is still no pending refund. This has been a great waste of time. I will be placing my order though a different business and steering clear of BB Wheel.

If you purchase tires from BB Wheels, watch out if there is any chance you need to cancel or return their tires. I emailed the customer service dept the next morning and cancelled my order. Then, I called when they opened at 10am EST and cancelled it with a customer service representative. She said she would take care of it. When I received emails that evening saying the tires were being shipped, I called immediately when they reopened and their rep told me, it's too late. How could it be too late when I called when they opened? They charge a whopping 25% restocking fee and you pay the return shipping costs. Do not buy from them.
BB wheels sent me the wrong tire. They refused to send the right tire until I sent them the original tire for "inspection". They also refused to make up for their error in anyway, through compensation, coupon or otherwise. People make mistakes, but your customers should never have to pay for them. They were dismissive over the phone and represents one of the worse customer service experiences i have ever had.
Ordered a set of 33x12.50x17 MT and they came in as 225x75x15 AT. Not sure how anybody could mess that up. Then their customer service sucks even worse. (Elizabeth) Told me Fedex would be there 4-23 to pick them up, but didn't give a time. After I told her she could have put that in the email, because she sure wouldn't call me back. She said she wasn't going to keep letting me belittle her. Still have yet to hear from anybody about their mistake, and yes I ended up having to take them back to Fedex myself. Do not buy from these folks. It would have been less work to go buy them somewhere else.
