While working with the sales team at BBWHEELS I was shocked at the the service and knowledge their team had regarding my 2018 Ram 2500. I believe we hit a HOMERUN and I couldn't be happier with the service, price and timeline of the delivery.

I searched on their website using my vehicle info. It gave a list of wheels that would work. Found ones I liked and called them. They put me through to a "fitment expert". I told him I was putting lift kit on vehicle and wanted to know if these wheels would work. He asked how big the lift kit was and I told him. He said they'd work fine. I asked him what size wheels and he told me 285/55/20. About ten minutes later he called back and asked how big that lift kit was. I told him again and he said get 295/55/20. All of it went to the shop and it was way way off. The wheels he said would work had a -18 offset. It ended up needing a +18. The tires that actually fit were 270/55/20. So I have $3000 in wheels and tires that were of no use. Called them and they wouldn't let me talk to so called fitment expert. Claimed he was on another line for our whole 45 minutes. Some guy named Jack basically said tough. Said fitment expert only means bolt pattern is correct. I said if that's true why'd he ask how big my lift kit was before saying if it would work. Then tried to say no proof I'd ever spoken to fitment expert. I asked if the expert (not) was denying speaking to me. Jack wouldn't answer. Stay far far away from this place! He

Unfortunately I purchased a set of four rims from BB Wheels. My credit card flagged the purchase and unfortunately my order did not immediately go through. I did not receive an order confirmation email nor a payment confirmation which the website said I would receive. I had called BB Wheels right away who informed me my payment went through and it did not flag them to review my email address, nor review my order. I ordered black rims, and due to order information not being emailed to me, I was not able to clarify my order and ensure the right item was being sent. The immediate order confirmation page with an order number showed black rims. The rims arrived a dark grey color, without any special lug nuts that they required. Most places include lug nuts with the rims you purchase. When I called the company, they refused to send a shipping label to return the items and informed me that I would be responsible for the 20% restocking fee. This restocking fee was approximately $82 and with shipping, the total cost would be almost half the cost of the rims. No one should have to worry with a $400+ purchase about what would happen if there was an issue with your order. I certainly would not recommend BB Wheels and will not be purchasing from them in the future.

Hello, I have ordered a set of wheels for my truck from bbwheelsonline. I went into their website, searched my vehicle, picked a set of rims that came up under my vehicle, ordered the wheels, had to put my vehicle info in again for the 2nd time at checkout. The following day a gentleman called me and asked me for the 3rd time what my vehicle info was and I told him and he replied, "Ok All looks good". I then was asked to change the shipping address from my house address to a business address, so I gave them the shops address that would install them. So the install shop received the wheels and already had the tires installed and ready for me to bring the truck and have them installed. Well unfortunately when I got to the shop to have them put on, the wheels did not fit. So I then contacted the company, they said they would be willing to return them at a cost because bbwheels sent the wrong bolt pattern, the shop mounted the tires before I got there, so now bbwheels is saying they are used. Well after a very long talk I agreed to pay the money to return them. They then decided on their own free will, that they will just send me wheel adapters to make the wheels fit onto my vehicle.(I NEVER AGREED TO WHEEL ADAPTERS). I have been waiting almost 2+ months now for them to finish helping me out because they have been ducking and dodging my phone calls. So as of now I am paying for $7,000 wheels that do not fit my vehicle and now it is to the point the company is ignoring my calls. If the company would have sent the correct wheels, or if their website would have pointed me to the correct wheels, or if the gentlemen that called me and verified my vehicle could have pointed me in the correct direction, or they could have done some real customer service and owned up to a mishap and corrected the issue the way the customer asked and made the customer happy. But instead I am now paying for $7,000 wheels I can not use on my vehicle.

I found a good deal on a set of wheels, only to discover them to weigh twice as much as the wheels I currently own. I assumed they would weigh as much as a normal set for their size (22lbs), but they scaled in at 33lbs each. There was no weight listed in the description, which they later used to blame me ("As you mentioned, we did not give you any indication or promise of an exact weight nor were you desires communicated to us before ordering. ") and slapped me with their default 15% "restocking fee" and shipping costs. I would recommend avoiding their cheap wheels, deceptive policy, and lawyer-talk if you are new to buying wheels.
