BBWheels will add shipping insurance to your purchase without asking, and you have to go back into your cart and manually remove it.
Always ask the customer if they want something extra. It's just disrespectful to add BS charges without consent.

I experienced excellent customer service where the representative Ian task extra time and steps to find the correct rims to fit my tire size. Buying is the easy part. Lets see if they get here in a timely manner. My last set of tires I bought from you in December did not show up. It tied my money up for 45 days. Paying for a tire arrival guarantee is as an additional charge is not good either. We you buy something, you expect it to arrive without an additional charge.

Very good price with free shipping anything local $100 more a set within a 50 mile radius these were delivered to my door. Bonus only one was delayed a couple days but arrived in plenty of time Thank You

I can't believe how quick these tires came. I ordered four tires on Thursday morning. I got them by noon on Friday. They were shipped out of Minnesota I received them in West Virginia. Great job guys.
