December of 2021 while pulling my camper, my lug nuts sheered off on the back passenger side of my dual wheeled truck, both inner and outer wheels were damaged. I called BB Wheels and ordered new ones. When they were shipped to the shop doing my repairs, they put my tires on the new wheels, the tires rubbed, and did not have the same spacing as the original tires nor match the drivers side. Because of my work schedule and limited time during business hours, I did what I could to resolve the issue corresponding with Sandra from BB Wheels through phone calls and emails. No matter how many pictures, measurements, or numbers from both the new inner wheel and the original inner wheel could it be figured out. Finally after a year has passed and I make contact again, she tells me too much time has passed and I would have to call sales. I made one phone call to sales, and spoke with Troy, within minutes he had me a new inner wheel ordered and on its way, he did an excellent job in taking care of me and the problem, but yet, I had to buy a new wheel, and now stuck with a wheel that's no good to me. Did Sandra drag the issue out so that I would have to eat the cost of a new wheel, or was she that inadequate at her job? I'm pleased with Troy's fast and knowledgeable experience to be able to help me out so quickly, but I'm not pleased that I had to spend an extra $350 for something that was not my mistake.

Sent the wrong set of wheels but working with lizzie and she corrected the issue. I gave her a hard time due to having been sent wrong wheels but I must say she did her job and got the situation corrected. Kudos to lizzie being so helpful
