Paid for new tires and got 3 year old tires when i talked to customer service. I was told they they can sell 6 your new old stock tires. This is a road hazard and the life of most tires are only six years. And they are proud to sell them I paid full price for 3 year old tires. They want to charge a restocking fee of 224 dollars and return shipping. If they are going to sell old tires. They need to post them as old stock tires

Ordered vent shades for my truck got an email saying they needed more info so I called told the sales rep THAT IT WAS NOT A CREWMAX just a crew cab now they are trying to convince me I told them it was! Guess what Ii recorded the call just as they did NEVER AGAIN I WILL NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I purchased 4 new tires for my truck. I received them 3 weeks ago. I brought them to Mavis to get installed. After the guys mounted the wheels they found a leak at the seam where the tread meets the side wall. This happened on a Saturday and BB Wheels is closed on Saturday or Sunday so no customer service. I got ahold of them first thing Monday morning. They tried to get me to use my tire protection plan for the bad tire from stock. I told them no because it is brand new and never even driven on. Then they asked me to send pictures so they could send them to the manufacturer which I did. Ive been waiting for 2 weeks for a response from the factory. I purchased the tires from BB Wheels not Faulken. They should've sent me out a new tire asap and then dealt with the factory on their end. Ive been driving on an undersized spare for 2 weeks with a different tread pattern. Thats not good for a 4wd transmission. They still have not done anything to resolve this situation. Worst customer service ever. Needless to say they lost my business for good
Site said a few days to process order and another week for delivery. Two tires come 2 1/2 days later. Exactly as ordered. Emails with tracking, so no surprise. Will shop again.
