I purchased a cukoo clock. It needed adjustment. Bob sent a replacement immediately. The new clock is perfect, and Bob even walked me through the setup to be sure all was perfect. It was. This is one of the finest sites I have ever done business with.

My chalet style cuckoo clock was a present from my husband. I was able to pick the exact one I wanted and I chose the Forest Wildlife clock. It takes a lot for me to show my excitement, however when I opened the box I know that my face was beaming like a child at Christmas. This clock is beautiful! My husband, neighbor and friends are astonished at the beauty of the clock. I did have an issue with the clock arriving with the chains entangled, however I emailed customer service stating my problem and included a few photos. I thought that I would get an email reply within the next day or two. No, that wasn't the case. Charlie called me within minutes of receiving my email at 8:30 pm. He walked me through the resolution, making me happy once again. I would definitely recommend Bavarian Clockworks.
This was my first shopping experience with Bavarian Clockworks and it was all good. I placed the order on a Tuesday, it shipped the next day and I received it on Friday. The color and detail are exactly as pictured online and the clock makes a nice addition to the room where I've chosen to place it. I adore this little clock.
Wonderful shopping experience. All the clocks are beautiful! My clock is absolutely gorgeous. It is a chalet style, 8 day clock with music box and dancers. It is obvious the attention to detail with the shutters on the chalet roof and the figures on the clock. I've had an issue with the third chain that controls the dancers, wheel and music box, but after receiving my email, Bavarian Clockworks contacted me immediately about resolving the issue and I am hoping to hear the music box and see the dancers soon. The cuckoo and the farmer out front work wonderfully and the clock keeps perfect time.
This is my first order. I am having a little trouble getting the time set accurately. I raise the pendulum to speed up the clock or lower the pendulum to slow down the clock. I have been adjusting the clock for about a week now. Question: Is the clock capable of being adjusted to keep near perfect time? ( Within 1 minute loss or gain in a week)...Love the clock, I could just watch the Cuco bird and the merry dancers and the birds feeding the chicks and just forget about the clock keeping time.
The picture of the clock was beautiful... but it couldn't hold a candle to the real thing. It is perfect!
I ordered a clock for my mother for Christmas and have to say she was completely happy. It works perfectly and the sound the cockoo clock makes is very pretty. She's owned cockoo clocks forever and is a bit of a cockoo connoisseur, so to make her happy is saying a lot about the quality of the clock. We will buy from Bavarian Clockworks again. 100% happy with the purchase.

I contacted 7 different cuckoo clock sales companies and Bob (from Bavarian Clockworks) was the only one who could speak intelligently about clock manufacturers and their options. I ordered on Tuesday and received the clock on the following Monday from Germany. I feel Bavarian Clockworks is the best in the business.
