I contacted 7 different cuckoo clock sales companies and Bob (from Bavarian Clockworks) was the only one who could speak intelligently about clock manufacturers and their options. I ordered on Tuesday and received the clock on the following Monday from Germany. I feel Bavarian Clockworks is the best in the business.

Very impressed with the personal service I received from Bob. His response to different brands of Chalet clocks was extremely helpful in choosing which clock we wanted. We also had a slight problem which he is willing to remedy immediately without any questioning. Everything on the website worked great. When I received the clock I was disappointed to see that one of the trees had come off and needed to be glued back on. Also I think that I expected better workmanship on the clock for the price paid. The wood looked rather cheap. When I hung it I must say that it looks nice and the tone of the clock is nice. However, I do think that it was very overpriced.
