I have purchased from Battery Junction for years for our company and went to place a wholesale order today to find out that my regular person is no longer there. The lady emailed me pricing that was the same and higher than retail on their website and with shipping which is free shipping for retail! So they are treating their wholesale like this! Also false advertisement about wholesale. It says extremely competitive pricing on large orders and fantastic pricing however couldn't give me a wholesale price lower than the retail? VERY DISSATISFIED! I had a 10 percent coupon and placed order online on retail and had to pay taxes which I shouldn't have had to do that but yeah no choice with this company! Needs to go back to what it was!

They are scamming now it seams.
Multiple orders in the past were good. The last few that they said were in stock obviously are NOT!

Can't use a holiday excuse here guys. I ordered on 3/13 and my card has been charged on the 19th. I received a shipping notice on the 21st and the item apparently sat in your docks for 4 days until DHL finally picked it up today 3/25. My estimated delivery is 4/2 right now.

And to think you charged $18 to ship a $35 order. I hate Amazon with a fury but this is not acceptable service. I definitely will NOT be returning and will absolutely dissuade any friends from purchasing from you.

Battery Junction is a fantastic place to buy guy-toys but there shipping speed is as slow as a turtle! They ship the item at the slowest rate possible! Takes forever for an order to get to the customer! I purchased an item on December 23rd and found out it was on back order. Today is Feb. 3rd and I got an email saying it will ship in the next couple of days! Then with the slow shipping I have to wait another possible 10 days for it to arrive! Everything about this company is great except the shipping speed!

On February 19th, 2023 I purchased 6 batteries for Battery Juction. I received them on February 24th, 2023. By March 30th, 2023, the batteries were failing, and only providing approximately 25% of the original charge / use time. I contacted Battery Juction concerning the problem asking for a replacement or refund. Battery Juction advised that anything outside of a 15 day window was out of warranty. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Poor customer service. Refund policy is only that you received the product.

From their bs 15% restocking fee, to selling items they don't have in stock, and never make good on, to slowwww shipping times, I've been burned several times by Battery Junction. Overpriced with poor support, Battery Junction is a "MUST AVOID" vendor.

Ordered 2 battery's and one is shorter then the other. I would have to return the battery with my own money to get a refund or exchange. This is not right. There mistake at not doing quality control. I've used 4 or 5 ******* battery's over the years and this is the only one that does not work. Don't use them to shop for battery's or lights. Thanks.

I do buy from Battery Junction and overall I find them to be satisfactory. They have a lot of items that some other places do not have. The reason for the two stars is several times I received a product that I was less than 100% happy with. I left an honest review for that product and had it not be published by BJ because of its criticality. One critical review in particular I bought a battery for one of my flashlights which is a proprietary battery. I took the old one apart and found very inferior parts inside of it. In my review I posted the parts that I found. Battery junction did not publish this review. I believe it was an honest review that did not out anybody or mention any brand names or any suppliers just an honest review of what I found inside. I believe customers have a right to know what's inside the products that are buying BJ does not seem to think so.

Battery Junction again shipped the wrong battery. Called customer service and got response from poorly trained representative who could not get away from same comment that computer screen said I ordered the one sent. She said I could send it back and they might do something. This was a $5.00 item, plus ridiculus shipping charge that was more than the cost of the battery. I threw it away and will never use Battery Junction again. Since then I have ordered and received the new Battery at lower cost than Battery Junction from Amazon. Big mstake using Battery Junction, but will never make this mistake again.

I've bought from Battery Junction several times before and everything was okay. But I had a flashlight go bad that I had purchased from them, and I called their customer service and spoke to a Lady that went by Sam. I described the problem with the light and she told me to send it back to them as it was under warranty. I questioned her about shipping charges, and she told me that I would have to pay to ship it back to them and they would cover the return shipping charges. I sent it off as instructed with a detailed description of the problem with the light and a recap of the conversion with Sam about shipping charges. Then I got an email saying that I needed to pay the return shipping charges, so I called and talked with a different customer service rep and she told me everyone there knew that they did not pay return shipping charges so I needed to pay the return shipping charge. There was another flashlight that I was interested in purchasing, so I asked her if I bought the flashlight could they add my repaired flashlight to the shipment. She was somewhat curt and told me that they did not combine shipments. The return shipping charges certainly aren't going to break me, it is the fact that they lied and wouldn't do anything about it. So, to recap, they lied to me over the phone about the return shipping and when confronted about it, they didn't care and required me to pay up to get my flashlight back. And they didn't even care that I would have bought another flashlight from them if they could put my repair in the new purchase shipment. They have lost a customer for good, and as I told them on the phone, I will lambast them because of their lie and their attitude about it on every social media site that I can find.

3 ordered 3,9 volt lithiums for 3 gas detectors. Replaced alkalines that cost about $2.00 and last a year so I would not have to change them for years. Each of their bats cost almost 7.00.
One dead in about 1 1/2 years. The other 2 show 80% gone. Refused any kind of credit or replacement. Told me guarantee was 30 days.
They should change their name to Ripoff Ralph's Garbage Battertes.
PS item that went dead already was almost 2 years old when shipped to
Me.

This was my first purchase of anything from battery junction. Ordered two Streamline Nano flashlights and extra batteries. Their price, on the flashlights made it almost like I got the batteries for free. I could complain about shipping costs, but it was cheaper than paying more for my order and getting free shipping.
Order was shipped promptly and arrived when anticipated.

Tip for consumers:
Opt for the Standard shipping. It's only a couple dollars more and orders arrive in half the time of the saver option.
If you choose the cheapest method, don't complain about shipping time.

I bought a new streamlight from them and when I received it, I could not lose one of the screws. I called Battery Junction and was told it was striped and not covered. So, they sold me a used one. I bought a new one. If the screw was striped, it came that way.
They will not do anything. Do not buy from them. They sell use stuff. If the screw was striped it came like that.
Just anther one of them scam companies.

I've spoken to our customer service department and they are emailing you an RMA.

We are currently in touch with Streamlight to see if they have potentially sent us a defective product, or if they have any known manufacturing issues that may lead to that defect. We've checked that our other inventory does not have any stripped screws, nor do we have any similar complaints from previous purchasers of this flashlight.

We are confident that we have not sold you a used product, as any used/returned products are marked and offered as "Open Box" with significantly reduced prices, and are stored in a completely different warehouse to prevent any mixed inventory. A stripped screw that prevents a main function of the product is also beyond the scope of what we would typically include in our Open Box program.

I am a long time customer of Battery Junction. First of all they are the most disorganized company I have encountered. They had no record of receiving a flashlight I returned 9 days ago. I had to dig up my return receipt and give them the tracking number. I paid for the return shipping, the shipping to me was free. They deducted the shipping from my reimbursement, I really couldn't understand their lame reason.
I'm sick of dealing with them. They have bad ratings for a reason.

I ordered batteries from them and paid very high shipping cost for expedited delivery (much more expensive than the batteries cost). I got the e-mail to track that indicated that it was delivered to my front desk. I checked and verified that it was never delivered. My from desk never had a delivery problem and they audited their log on the day it was supposed to be delivered and there was nothing. I e-mailed their customer service who send me an immediate reply that they can't do anything about it and I have to solve this with USPS. Basically useless as I was never able to get anywhere with USPS. I still do not have the batteries that I needed. Will never use them again.

Buy at your risk. If there is a problem with delivery you get nothing

This place is like ordering from China: make and order and forget about it. Then, when it comes in the mail, it's a nice surprise.
I can't understand in the days of next day shipping, they take so long. I submitted an order and it's been over 5 business days and USPS states "awaiting item".
They used to be good but not anymore.
Order elsewhere if you need your items within the month.

Bad attitudes from persons working for this company. Shipping is through DHL which is the worst. Why these morons take a package from CT headed to NY and send it up north of Boston for an extra two days to delivery time.

Been using Tenergy rechargeable batteries from BatteryJunction exclusively for years and they work great. AAA, AA mostly, but I also bought some C and D cells last year. We use them everywhere, all over the house. Buying from BatteryJunction is easy and their customer support is excellent should you ever need it. Highly recommend them.

I apologize that we didn't provide a satisfactory service here. I cannot provide information on your specific order without a full name or order # to look it up, but I can provide some insight on our stock and backorder process.

All of our products are marked as either "In Stock", "Only # Left In Stock", or an estimated shipping date is provided when a product is not currently in stock but is on order. That estimated shipping date is based on information provided by the manufacturers. If you order a product that wasn't in stock, we follow up the same or next day with an email alerting you that your order contains a backordered product, and you can cancel or modify your order if you decide you no longer want the product.

If you ordered an in stock item that you were then notified was backordered, either another customer placed an order right before yours, or there may have been a glitch in our inventory system. Both of these are admittedly quite rare as our on-site inventory is constantly updated without much delay, but are possible depending on how long the checkout process takes.

We do sincerely apologize for any issues or miscommunications with our stock, and our customer service team is available to answer any more questions.

To return an item for refund you have to call to get a number. The number is not toll free. Then, you assume the cost of shipping and insuring, and THEN they charge a 15% restocking fee. This seems designed to discourage returns.

Hi Julie, we do ask that customers pay for return shipping, any may sometimes charge a restocking fee depending on the quality of the returned item (or it's packaging). If a product was DOA, or an incorrect item was shipped, we typically waive and/or return those fees since that's on us. We also will fix a product in-house or procure a replacement free-of-cost on behalf of other brands' warranties. If you believe we unfairly implemented our return policy, please contact our customer service and we can see what we can do.
