Getting a return confirmation email out of them is like pulling teeth. They said they were going to send it. Three days and three phone calls later, still no email.
If you haven't already heard from our customer service department today, they'll be sending that to you immediately. The reason for the long wait is that a system outage and/or software issue was preventing the RMA and refund process from completing. We understand that a delay here is frustrating, and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
