It is too early to really evaluate the purchase. Two of the four batteries arrived damaged. I honestly believe the company will correct this. (And then I will rate them at 5 stars).
Fastest ordering process ever
I did receive a message that my order was received. However after a week, when I didn't get shipping date from BatteryClerk I was concerned whether the order was processed. BatteryClerk then notified me of the shipping date due to stocking situation. Package did arrive soon after receiving message that it was shipped.

I've installed the new battery and it will not charge. Reinstalled the old battery and it's charging like it did before so I don't think it's the plug connection or the port. I need to return the battery for another one.
Please send instructions on how to return the battery.

Answer: The order confirmation and payment receipt went to my provided email. To track the order, I had to install the free app "Shop." Then I was able to follow it from order processing to delivery. I also needed to call Customer Service regarding an issue, and the CS rep pulled up my order, immediately. (I did have my order # from my email confirmation).
Answer: No customer service it is a generic respond customer service is a joke
