While I understand the basic explanation on shipment delays as being to ensure fresh batteries, I actually needed this battery five days before it came. But, it did come and works and those are the most important things.

I received my order within 2 days of the originally projected delivery date, which was fine, but I did not receive any response to my inquiry about the object ordered, nor did the rep I corresponded with about delivery even address my question when I repeated it. If the rep was not qualified to answer, I should have been directed to someone who could. Value and quality are good.

Very efficient website - quick identification and very easy order process!
Answer: The order confirmation and payment receipt went to my provided email. To track the order, I had to install the free app "Shop." Then I was able to follow it from order processing to delivery. I also needed to call Customer Service regarding an issue, and the CS rep pulled up my order, immediately. (I did have my order # from my email confirmation).
Answer: No customer service it is a generic respond customer service is a joke
