I ordered a battery with the wrong terminal size and got the info on how to return the item. I was able to call to verify that I had the correct size terminal on the new battery with the correct amp.

The website promotes that they ship anywhere in the USA in two days. But what they failed to tell you is that it takes 4-5 weeks for your "in stock" item to be in stock before they can ship. I contacted Customer Services when it had been 3 weeks from the date of my order and that is when they advised me that they had to order my batteries and it would be another 1-2 weeks before they would ship to me.

Could not find the battery anywhere except online. I thought Craftsman would have it where Craftsman is sold, but that didn't happen. It is good to know where batteries of all kinds are likely to be sold.
Ease of purchase
It was really easy to correct the problem that I encountered. The only problem is the shipping cost to return the item was expensive.
Answer: The order confirmation and payment receipt went to my provided email. To track the order, I had to install the free app "Shop." Then I was able to follow it from order processing to delivery. I also needed to call Customer Service regarding an issue, and the CS rep pulled up my order, immediately. (I did have my order # from my email confirmation).
Answer: No customer service it is a generic respond customer service is a joke
