Disappointed that in today's age of same day or next day shipping, it took two weeks before they shipped my order. Their claim of making sure that I received the "freshest" batteries from the manufacturer is a euphemism for saying "we need to keep our inventory low". On a positive note, they did respond quickly to my inquiry and the batteries work fine.

Called first and got information I needed.
The battery took longer to get than I expected but when I inquired I was told that they were getting the battery fresh from the factory. It was a reasonable explanation.

I received and installed the battery, charged it. It only lasted one hour. The next week after charging again, it lasted only one hour. After charging the battery should last over 6 hours. I get the feeling I was sent some old outdated battery that should not have been sold. I'm not really happy about paying for a battery I think is new and will do the job I'm looking to have done and receiving a battery that was outdated and old not able to hold a charge.

Second order, I was very pleased with the first.
Order took way too long. You're not competitive with the industry. If you need to take that long, customer should be notified as to status and an approximate ship date and an explanation as to delay or reason for long process.
Answer: The order confirmation and payment receipt went to my provided email. To track the order, I had to install the free app "Shop." Then I was able to follow it from order processing to delivery. I also needed to call Customer Service regarding an issue, and the CS rep pulled up my order, immediately. (I did have my order # from my email confirmation).
Answer: No customer service it is a generic respond customer service is a joke
