You sent me the same battery for the two models i ordered so i had to call and find out why.

Batteries were delivered on time as promised. However, the actual connection pins on the replacement battery did not match the adapters in the garage door unit so we will need to return these. Will probably call a local shop to come out and replace the batteries now.

If battery replaces my FIOS battery; then I had no problems; battery was what I needed and the turn around time from order to deliver was outstanding.

Your information on the battery was good and it was easy to use. I have put your Name in my book for future use.
