The order took almost a month, and the battery I ( thought) I ordered, was not the right one! So instead of paying for postage and restocking fees, I ordered a new battery (which is the same number I provided before), wondering if it is going to be wrong also, and I'm wondering how long this battery will take to get here?

Answer: The order confirmation and payment receipt went to my provided email. To track the order, I had to install the free app "Shop." Then I was able to follow it from order processing to delivery. I also needed to call Customer Service regarding an issue, and the CS rep pulled up my order, immediately. (I did have my order # from my email confirmation).
Answer: No customer service it is a generic respond customer service is a joke
