Great price very fast shipping

I recieved the battery but it was not the correct battery. I did not fit. Was larger than it was suppose to be. Sent email to findout about returning the battery but know one has responded.

I have enjoyed using the website. It is simple to use and offers the exact battery I need for an excellent price. Best battery site ever. My only question is does it cost almost the price of the battery to ship it?
