I liked the information about the product. It helped me be sure it was the correct battery. However, I ordered the product on May 26 and received it on June 18. I tried to follow the order on the site but I needed to "Track order with Shop". It wanted my cell phone number in order to text me instructions on using Shop. I get enough robocalls and other nuisance calls on my cell phone and did not want to add more. Every other site I have ever used has a button to track the order that either does it or switches you to UPS or FedEx or USPS to track. I did not do this. On Saturday, June 6 I chatted and was told it would be checked on. On Tues, June 9 I got an email that the item had shipped. This battery was for our weather radio and I would not have ordered it here if I had any idea this was going to happen.
Super fast shipping arrived on the 4th business day. The battery was an exact fit and included extra connecting bolts.

It was fast and easy. I had an issue with the batteries. The POS and neg ends didn't were too big for the cables in my tennis ball machine. I reached out to customer service and they are sending me smaller ends to replace them. I'm waiting for them and should be here anytime now.

Answer: The order confirmation and payment receipt went to my provided email. To track the order, I had to install the free app "Shop." Then I was able to follow it from order processing to delivery. I also needed to call Customer Service regarding an issue, and the CS rep pulled up my order, immediately. (I did have my order # from my email confirmation).
Answer: No customer service it is a generic respond customer service is a joke
