The address in New Jersey is an Enterprise Car Rental location. The other address in Oklahoma is an order fulfillment center. BEWARE... BEWARE
Ordered a battery with F1 terminals. It came with F2 terminals. I emailed customer service asking for a return. Noting. Emailed again. Nothing. Finally I called. They said the would send out F2-F1 adapters. They would go out that day. 5 days later no adapters so I call. They said they had been mailed and should receive them any day. 3 days later no adapters so I finally drive into town and buy them myself. Bottom line: You may or may not get what you order. They will not pay for return shipping even if they ship the wrong item. And there are other retailers on the net who will meet or beat their price and will have better customer service.
October 2nd I ordered a battery for my security system and due to an upcoming trip needed it quickly. As we all know shipping and handling costs can get rapidly out of control so I decided to go with 3 day select shipping. Incidentally this ended up being almost 3 times the cost of the battery but due to my circumstance I paid.
To make a long story shorter when the battery did not show up by the 5th I had to find an alternative source. Through a series of contacts with the Battery Clerk Customer Service department, during which none of the promises to get back to me were fulfilled, it was finally conveyed to me that they had shipped it within the "parameters" and UPS delivered it on the 9th. Excuse me if I am wrong but the second to the 9th is a little bit longer than 3 days.
To all reading this I would avoid this vendor at all cost!
The company is called BatteryClerk UK.
However, despite their name the company is based in Netherlands.
It should not be a problem except that Their product is rubbish - I bought 2 12v batteries and after 3 months they could not hold the charge anymore.
While they pretend that the batteries are covered under warranty, they are impossible to return.
Indeed no courrier accepts batteries and also, even if they did, you can budget at least £20 to return such a heavy item To Netherlands.
They know that and nobody returns.

This company is the same as NK trading they toally rip off the customer i ordered 2x 12v batteries@ £65 FOR BOTH, they respond by email i cannot talk to anyone as the phone number is a out of hours it does not matter if you phone at 6am or 11.59pm Greenwich meantime they just don't answer the phone I would suggest using another company as these are the one and same NK Trading,,, Chinese run dipstick their unit is in weston-super-mare the last time I dealt with them I have started fraud investigation on this company
This company is no good. After ordering a phone battery on a Friday, the Thursday following the shipment was still in processing. I paid for 2-4 business day shipping. I called and I am told that the shipment may or may not be shipped out the next day. I asked if they could give me a refund, and was told that a message would be sent for a refund. I'm afraid I won't get a refund. I called twice to see what would be the different responses, first was new shipment of the item I purchased was on its way to their location, and so until they received it, they would not be able to send it out. Second time, I was told it may or may not ship the next day. Please respect your customers' time and for the future of the business improve your service.
After finally receiving the replacement battery for my Metabo Powermaxx, it was defective, not releasing from the drill on one side which then broke to get it out. I contacted company for return authorization. Said not needed. Complied with all the mandates on their shipping label and only received $25 of the $32.77 plus I am out my $4.11 shipping. As I didn't contract with them for defective parts, so am entitled to a full refund plus shipping. Don't waste your time with these scammers.
Answer: The order confirmation and payment receipt went to my provided email. To track the order, I had to install the free app "Shop." Then I was able to follow it from order processing to delivery. I also needed to call Customer Service regarding an issue, and the CS rep pulled up my order, immediately. (I did have my order # from my email confirmation).
