Triple-Batteries

Terrible company, terrible or no customer service, look at reviews on here... terrible! I called and advised that I did not receive my replacement batteries for 14.4 volt DeWalt drill. THEY WONT GIVE YOUR $ BACK OR SEND YOU YOUR PRODUCT... GO TO ANOTHER COMPANY, THIS ONE STINKS.

One battery DOA. Didn't try to charge it until day 5. This is when I found out about their 3 day warranty. 2nd battery died on first use. Junk. Positive reviews you see are done by them.

Bought 2 batteries for B & D weed cutter. One will not hold a charge Only had batteries for 2 months. THERE IS NO WAY TO CONTACT THIS COMPANY. My email is: *******@juno.com

Order and received two craftsman 19.2 batteries one is good the will not take a charge and they will not do anything about it

Ordered m12 replacement batteries with good results. Charge and function like the name brand at a fraction of the cost. Look identical to the name brand except for the product stickers which is to be expected. Ordered m12/m18 chargers and they function just like OEM. If I didn't know better, I'd think the manufacturer makes the name brand as well as the "generic" in the same facility.

I received 2 batteries for $150 for my greenworks battery lawnmower. They didn't work. The mower would run for a couple seconds, then stop. After numerous emails i was given a refund. They need to bring up the quality of their product.

Batteries don't hold a charge and don't have any power when they are supposedly charged. I feel ripped off. You can't send them back after 30 days

Do not buy these batteries. They do not last. Mine only lasted one month and the other only two and a half months.
