Terrible company, terrible or no customer service, look at reviews on here... terrible! I called and advised that I did not receive my replacement batteries for 14.4 volt DeWalt drill. THEY WONT GIVE YOUR $ BACK OR SEND YOU YOUR PRODUCT... GO TO ANOTHER COMPANY, THIS ONE STINKS.

Don't buy these batteries! They are junk! They hold only a small charge and are exhausted...
