Bought a replacement Bosch cordless drill battery. Having gone through the checkout, there was no acknowledgement of the order and no way to track its status or whereabouts. The speedy delivery they claimed did not happen; more than 7 weeks have elapsed. I would have paid more for a similar product elsewhere if I had known to expect this delay. I requested a refund through PayPal and they instead promised to resend. Despite being polite with their communication, customer service is poor. Suspicious that they make their money from people who do not insist on a refund...?

I have ordered a laptop battery from these people and then saw all these negative reviews. Obviously, reading them got me worried so I have emailed the seller and asked for refund threatening to raise a dispute with PayPal. The seller responded with agreement to refund and I got my money back in a couple of days. Now, I feel a bit embarrassed with my panic. Not sure what should put in terms of rating as I have not got the product but the customer service was good so I will put 4.

I purchased a new battery for my MacBook Pro computer. After 10 days I received an email from the company stating the hadn't sent the battery which was an over site. They then proceeded to ask numerous questions about the battery ordered. I had already been specific in the year and model of the computer, I think it was a delay tactic. On the arrival of the battery, I followed their charging guidelines. I then found the battery only lasted 1 hour before failing without warning. I complained and they sent me a new one. I again followed their instructions, and this second one is not much better. If I get 1.5 hours I am lucky. The battery then fails when it still shows about 43% power left. I will not ask for another replacement. I just believe the products being supplied are of poor quality. The original Mac battery lasted up to 10 hours, so I expect these are just cheap and nasty. Beware, if you want trouble, you are shopping at the right place.

Their description on their website does not match the product they send. We got a battery and they sent the incorrect one. Then they want us to send it back to get the correct one costing the buyer postage. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!. Rather pay someone else $10/15 more and get the correct product without any hassle.

I bought a Makita rechargeable battery. It would not fit on charger. They offered me an exchange but I didnt want another battery that wouldnt fit. The only way I could get a refund was to send it back to China. That would have cost me more than the battery was worth. I was left with buying a Makita brand battery anyway and out the original money. This was the company TopPower Inc. Bite the bullet and buy from a reputable company.

The Battery I purchased from BatteryMall in 2021 failed. I then ordered a replacement, and sent the failed Battery to Jim's Battery, the manufacturer. In spite of my requests, I did not receive credit for the failed battery. Battery Mall said it was not thier responsibility, and Jim's Battery said they would not issue a credit, and to call Battery Mall. Finger Pointer at the worst!

Great batteries for an older digital camera. Glad that I bought them! I gladly recommend this website batteriesmall.com.au and the products that they sell are top notch!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. I bought a laptop battery from another website of theirs (canadatekk.com) and was sold a fake battery. Very difficult business to communicate with and they DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS.

I bought a 12 cell laptop battery from this $#*!ing stupid company, but they sent to me a faulty 6 cell battery. I advised them and they asked me to send it to someone else in Queensland by Australia Post, and they promised to pay back the shipping cost and also send the 12 cell battery, I don't know how they could sell that faulty battery to someone else... After sending the battery and providing the post receipt and tracking number for them, I haven't heard from them. I sent several emails to them and also called a number on their website which was for China, but no answer. So after one month I just claimed through ACCC and also requested the money back through PayPal and they just refund the battery cost and didn't pay back the shipping cost for returning the battery. I don't know how sort of people are they. Please don't trust them and DON'T buy anything from them, their products are faulty and no guarantee and also no customer service after paying the money to them will not receive any response from them. So don't waste your time and your money by dealing with this small shop (they are not business).
