I bought a Makita rechargeable battery. It would not fit on charger. They offered me an exchange but I didnt want another battery that wouldnt fit. The only way I could get a refund was to send it back to China. That would have cost me more than the battery was worth. I was left with buying a Makita brand battery anyway and out the original money. This was the company TopPower Inc. Bite the bullet and buy from a reputable company.

Product never received. Scam at worst. Stay away from this site. They use other names such as TopPower Inc and tomgadget@ vip. 163.com. There may be other names for other customers.

Bought a replacement Bosch cordless drill battery. Having gone through the checkout, there was no acknowledgement of the order and no way to track its status or whereabouts. The speedy delivery they claimed did not happen; more than 7 weeks have elapsed. I would have paid more for a similar product elsewhere if I had known to expect this delay. I requested a refund through PayPal and they instead promised to resend. Despite being polite with their communication, customer service is poor. Suspicious that they make their money from people who do not insist on a refund...?

Recently we ordered a replacement battery for a handheld vacuum cleaner. After the order we received an email asking to verify the battery we wanted with a photo of the old one. We were politely thanked and informed the order would arrive in 5 days and it arrived in 3. Initially after finding the negative reviews here we were worried, but in the end there were no problems.

Ordered a replace AC adaptor for my Dell Inspiron laptop, received a low quality one which could not plug in my laptop!

The worst thing is they asked me to send it back to the PO Box below, which i did, then they never replied me anymore!

Don't use this company under any circumstance. They're located in China but use an Australian address with a bogus phone number.
I ordered stuff off them months ago and nothing arrived.
You can't contact them by phone or email.
They have been reported to Scam Watch and other organizations.

I received my battery from battery mall 12/10/17 today. Only received it because I paid with PayPal. Will not buy anything of this business again. They did not keep me updated with shipping. Had to send many email to find out. If I paid with my credit card. I would of lost my money.

Their description on their website does not match the product they send. We got a battery and they sent the incorrect one. Then they want us to send it back to get the correct one costing the buyer postage. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!. Rather pay someone else $10/15 more and get the correct product without any hassle.

This company will not return your money when the product was returned. Despite numerous emails requesting my money back. I contacted Consumer Dept NSW but this company is not registered in Australia so they cannot pursue the company.

Ordered battery for DV6. Despite claim they despatch in 7 days, here it is 6 weeks later, and NOTHING. Not even an email saying "out of stock - will be another three weeks" (or whatever). If you're thinking of ordering from these SHYSTERS you've been told. They're NOTHING BUT RIP-OFFS. Spend your money elsewhere.

I purchased a new battery for my MacBook Pro computer. After 10 days I received an email from the company stating the hadn't sent the battery which was an over site. They then proceeded to ask numerous questions about the battery ordered. I had already been specific in the year and model of the computer, I think it was a delay tactic. On the arrival of the battery, I followed their charging guidelines. I then found the battery only lasted 1 hour before failing without warning. I complained and they sent me a new one. I again followed their instructions, and this second one is not much better. If I get 1.5 hours I am lucky. The battery then fails when it still shows about 43% power left. I will not ask for another replacement. I just believe the products being supplied are of poor quality. The original Mac battery lasted up to 10 hours, so I expect these are just cheap and nasty. Beware, if you want trouble, you are shopping at the right place.

The replacement batter from batteriesmall.com.au company works very well for my hp pavilion computer. Found our the hard way my battery fried and wouldn't charge and this worked perfectly.

I bought a 12 cell laptop battery from this $#*!ing stupid company, but they sent to me a faulty 6 cell battery. I advised them and they asked me to send it to someone else in Queensland by Australia Post, and they promised to pay back the shipping cost and also send the 12 cell battery, I don't know how they could sell that faulty battery to someone else... After sending the battery and providing the post receipt and tracking number for them, I haven't heard from them. I sent several emails to them and also called a number on their website which was for China, but no answer. So after one month I just claimed through ACCC and also requested the money back through PayPal and they just refund the battery cost and didn't pay back the shipping cost for returning the battery. I don't know how sort of people are they. Please don't trust them and DON'T buy anything from them, their products are faulty and no guarantee and also no customer service after paying the money to them will not receive any response from them. So don't waste your time and your money by dealing with this small shop (they are not business).

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. I bought a laptop battery from another website of theirs (canadatekk.com) and was sold a fake battery. Very difficult business to communicate with and they DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS.

The battery came on time and was packaged very well. Had no problem replacing the old battery in my Dell computer. My old battery was at 62% capacity and not charging anymore. The new extended battery is charging at 100%.

I ordered a battery for a Dell laptop (over 10 years old!) 21/11/2017. Received it 1/12/2017. Allowing for Australia Post's "third world" delivery service these days, that's not too bad. It fits, it works, only time will tell how good it is.

I have ordered a laptop battery from these people and then saw all these negative reviews. Obviously, reading them got me worried so I have emailed the seller and asked for refund threatening to raise a dispute with PayPal. The seller responded with agreement to refund and I got my money back in a couple of days. Now, I feel a bit embarrassed with my panic. Not sure what should put in terms of rating as I have not got the product but the customer service was good so I will put 4.
