Batteries Direct

Placed an order for 12 cordless phone batteries on February 12,2024. Batteries Direct charged my credit card the following day February 13,2024. As of today, March 1,2024, all I have is an order number. No product or shipping information. Sent four emails to their customer service department requesting order status and/or shipping information. No reply to any of the four emails received. Contacted my credit card company to report fraud (paid for product and nothing received).

Ordered 2 batteries Dec. 17th 2023 (approx amt. 12-14 bucks. Jan.27th 2024 still do not have, contacted supplier when lucky enough to answer phone. Always get the away from my phone 99% of the time. Scam outfit! Think about how much money they make at six, ten, fourteen dollars at a time and don.t send the product and most people would not consider the small amount worth bothering about. But 12 bucks is 12 bucks to me. SCAMMED ME. Ps order # N *******

I ordered batteries on November 25th, my card was charged on the 27th, and it is now the 8th of December and not only no batteries received but I cannot get any response from them via either email or phone calls, either to their "customer service" or their president David Byrne. Calls go straight to voice mail and messages never returned. If you order from this place you might as well flush your money down the toilet. I have reported them to the LA BBB. They may have been decent at one time, but now they will simply charge your card and you will receive nothing.
