BathSelect is hands down an excellent company. Their customer service was above and beyond all my husband and my needs. They answered all of our questions and left us feeling very confident in the product we were purchasing for our new home.

That said we absolutely love the finished product in our new home.

So I needed a faucet for my laundry room and my cousin recommended this website to shop from. I decided to go with the Commercial Motion Sensor faucet in black. Prices were decent and customer service was the best thanks BathSelect for fast delivery as well.

When it got here I was a little nervous cause of bad experience with other places after installing this I saw that it was going be great the different setting help. It is so relaxing after a long day at work the customer service is awesome on answering questions I love that when I use it my muscles relax and I get a good night sleep after a awesome shower

I was looking for a very unique sink faucet and so glad I found this website. Their faucet changed the entire look of my bathroom! Great customer service and they were very helpful with making sure I had just the right thing.

They have sent us a mismatched mixing plate. Chat was useless. Opened a request, no response. Tried for 4 days to get an answer on this ticket, nothing. This is costing us money every day our contractor cannot complete this installation. Basically, if we wanted the shower, we'd have to turn the knob to the off position. If we wanted the jets, it would turn on the wand. Totally mismatched icons, and it's not even the plate that was supposed to come with our super expensive shower sets (both of them).

And on my fifth try, they hung up on me.

The product was very nice looking for an even better price the gold touch matches our luxury bathroom so well We used this Widespread Automatic Sensor faucet in all the bathrooms of a full-hotel renovation. Excellent product from the Bathselect!

I thought at first that this was just novelty and I really wasn't expecting the LED lights to last long, but been three or four months now and so far. If you're willing to wait, since I remember the delivery being late, one faucet worth having. Will use them again.

Aside from the looks, I like that these body jets are adjustable and can be moved around. Was planning to go for the shower panel, but the jets were fixed, and was looking for something more flexible. So I got this one and another shower set that came with a shower head and a handheld shower (I'll be leaving a review for that later on). These things work great, and my showering experience is much more enjoyable now.

Bath Select has been amazing in providing all of my needs. The Customer service represents was very informative and educated on their products and answered all of my questions. Thank you for great affordable products as usual! You will continue to have my business!

Generally I dont write review but on your request Im writing this review because im happy with my shower system and there is no complaint from my side.

Shipping came on time, my shower systems was well packed and good in condition and on top of it my plumber installed this shower system very quickly.

So, go ahead and buy from them.

Enjoying a rain shower and a jet massage in the same time is fantastic. One of the best investments I made in my house so far. I would and will recommend BathSelect to all my friends and family. It was so easy to install that my 7 year old wanted to help me install it. Totally worth the price, I'm planning on by buying another one soon as I started remolding my other bathroom.
