My first time buying went great. We ordered two sets of AirPods Pros after seeing their ad online. They sent me tracking next day and sent the order to me in 3 days, very safely packaged, and everything was brand new like it showed on the site. The earphones are great so far they sound really clear and pairing them and using the features was really easy. They were really helpful with showing us how to use a few options we didn't understand, which was really nice because it was good to have some knowledgeable people to actually speak to for help. They always answered us right away and they're real people in the United States not overseas which now is harder to find. We really appreciated the personal attention they gave us and their prices and service were really great.

Never even received my package. I emailed them many times and they never replied. I even called and couldn't get to a real person, just robots trying to sell me more things. Now I just tried to check again and the website isn't even there! DO NOT BUY!

If it sounds too good to be true, then it probably is. I bought 2 pairs of Airpod Pros because the price was unbelievable good. Even if they were refurbished I would be happy.

After 2 weeks (the 3-5 day shipment line is BS), I finally received my package. Both AirPods came loose in a plastic bag with a charging cable. No box, no instructions, no additional plastic ear size rings.

Only 3 of the 4 earbuds actually produced sound. The transparency and noise cancelling features had no actual effect on the sound. And most importantly, there was no serial number on either case or in the settings when connected.

Buyer beware, they are selling counterfeit goods and have been reported as a result.

This business used to be under a different name that has a significant number of complaints filled with BBB. I have recently filed a BBB complaint under this name. They misrepresent their products as genuine Apple and I found their serial number does not match with the Apple website. I have communicated with them using their infosupport account and their online form up to 7 times with not one reply.

DONT ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE! I have emailed them 10 different times and no response. They might be busy but not busy to the point where they can't send me a one sentence email updating me on my package. It's been 7 days and my order still says 'pre-shipment'... I have even called them and it goes to an automated voice message so if you think your going to get an actual person then your sadly mistaken. I most definitely WOULD NOT order from here any and don't recommend you to either. Im kinda starting to question if the site is legit. Yeah there price are all discount which is nice but you'll never know when there coming in.

Please do not deal with this website it is fake! I purchased iPod air pods and never received them! I placed an order in Jan 2021 and till today I never received anything, and the website does not respond.

I ordered foolishly ordered earbuds from this vendor and received NOTHING! After several attempts to contact the company on email and not getting a response I tired their support line which if you want a good laugh in the exercise of futility then please give it a call@ *******683. Watch your blood pressure go up as prompt after prompt wants you to, get therapy for depression (not kidding) $100 gift cards to Macy's for a buck fifty and car insurance oh also if you want ATT there's that too. NEVER do you reach a human or anyone who remotely can help you with your inquiry. So yeah, this isn't real and sometimes the quest for the perfect bargain can lead you to the BAR and not the GAIN you so badly wanted in a pandemic. BARGAINFIRSTDEALS is a SCAM

Ordered the Apple Airpods Pro (newest version) have had them for a short time and the right ear piece has stopped working completely. It will not charge nothing. Have tried to contact the company on their website (nothing), via the customer service number on the site which is strange as you hear advertisements for various products before suddenly getting cut off. This is very disappointing and disheartening as we all work hard for our dollars and to be cheated and scammed is awful. BUYERS DO NOT MAKE THE SAME COSTLY MISTAKE I DID. SHAME ON THIS COMPANY AND THEIR SHODDY RESPONSE TIME ANDQUESTIONABLE PRODUCTS.
