Bought a single Pour Moi tankini on 6/10, still not shipped at midday on 6/14 - website literally advertises 2-day shipping on the top banner. Order number BN******* for proof if you'd like.
Customer service girl (Stephanie) was anything but helpful. Took her about five minutes to even respond to me. No greeting, no apology, nothing. So guess who canceled? I'll edit this when I get my refund. God what a waste of time that was.
I am so DONE with companies' broken promises. Covid gave everyone the excuse they wanted to be lazy and some of them are taking it to the max. I'm in the state w/ some of the highest and lengthiest restrictions - we had the governor that sent the sheriff department to blockade in their home the couple that wouldn't quarantine at the very beginning of all this - and THEY have resumed normalcy, so what's your excuse?
Let me reiterate this: I bought it on the 10th. Four days later, after the 2-day shipping claim, it's still untouched. That's beyond unacceptable when you have MY money in your account. It's called a sales transaction and all terms are to be honored or the sale is void. I honored my end and paid you for the product, why on god's green Earth do you think you get to abandon your end of the deal AND keep my money? I don't think so, Tim. Companies that break the most basic of promises do not deserve to be in business. Get your houses in order, people.
Most online retailers make returns simple, free and fast - this company makes it cumbersome and you must pay!
I ordered a bra from here, a 34 band size on a wacoal strapless bra, and it shipped fast which was nice but then it definitely wasn't a 34 band size. I've been sized multiple times and I've always been a 34 in any other bras, so I could tell that this one was not a 34, it was probably around a 30/31. A bit frustrating, but now from other research I've now learned that it's not unheard of for strapless bras to vary on industry standard sizing. Unfortunately this still means I have to pay a 5$ return fee, when the fault is partially on the company for not mentioning that it runs very small on the band. I understand that they don't make the bras but in the bra world at least a mention of inconstancies is standard practice through a "sizing expert" or other reports from users. Anyway. It did ship fast and was on the easy side for check out, but bravissimo tells people about sizing inconsistencies and has free returns. I recommend anyone shopping for bras to check there first.
I have ordered once from them with no issues. I was requested to fill out a survey for 30% off which I did. When I came to order, this 30% DID NOT apply to about 8 brands. Their constant emails are misleading as well about all their offers. If you are a small person who can wear just about any bra you perhaps can find some good deals. However if you are looking for a particular bra you most likely will be out of luck.
The bra i ordered is very nice. Cups A little large. I thought I could return it for a smaller size, but to do that, the price is $11.90! No free returns. I will Never buy there again.

Bras are good quality. It's a shame they make you pay to return item and then you never get your refund! Had to dispute it with my bank!

I received 3 bras and all 3 did not fit. I went to the website to set up an email voucher. Never got vouchers or confirmation. Called *******272 and someone answered and told me I needed customer service. First, I could receive a $100.00 free merchandise voucher. I said " no" and I was hung up on. This company clearly does not want to exchange their products.

Although the bras were excellent I paid $15 dollars for next day delivery placing my order at 1pm on Wednesday did not receive the shipment until 3pm on Friday. Upon calling customer service I was told delays are expected with the covid-19. Never offered to give me a credit or refund. There is an old saying in retail. Anyone can get a new customer it's getting the repeat customer that builds your business. Well this is a 1 and done customer! I WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN!

I've just reported this company to BBB because they are completely LYING about having an exchange policy. Anyone whose worked in retail knows an exchange means, monies from an original purchase, is being applied to a new purchase. BN has you return items at your own expense, waiting up to 1/2 a month for your money to be returned to you. While they conduct a new transaction for the correct item. That means, you have paid 3 times, before you can get your money back. This is NOT an exchange, but, 2 transactions, plus, a shipping charge. Unethical. I will never order from them again. So many different, and better options available. Don't bother with this company.

Very poor quality - I bought a very pretty bathing suit, that fit me perfectly. I Cut all the tags off and Then noticed that the hem on the Bottom tankini was totally unraveled.
I would not buy from this company again.

I am only leaving 1 star but only because I have to, otherwise I would leave zero. I placed an order for almost $500.00 and returned over $200 worth of clothing, requesting a RETURN. I was notified by email that I was given a VOUCHER. I called to get the refund and was told that the finance department would contact me in 3-4 days to give me options. The return policy stated any products returned within 30 days was eligible for for refunds, I sent these items back the very next day. I will never shop with this company again, and I will be leaving reviews on every forum. The customer service for this company is the absolute worst I have ever dealt with. The lady constantly interrupted me and rudely dismissed me several times. She eventually ended up hanging up on me. Her name was Ollie? I really hope the call was recorded and this person was fired. She does NOT have the necessary skills to be dealing with the public.

I ordered two items from this company. An email was sent for order confirmation. Yet, the items were listed as backorder. This was not specified in the initial purchase. I then proceeded to call and email order cancellation. Note, this is literally a few hours time span. Guess what! I have yet to be refunded the amount. It is now 3 days later! Another call was placed to discuss the matter. The representative states that the amount should not have been taken off my debit card. Price is charged once the item ships. They do not know why this happened. I have had to file a dispute. Which may take upwards of 45 days. All of this nonsensical BS for a product that I ordered and canceled within a few hours. Unbelievable!

My order was delivered to someone else. The Bare Necessities tracking page said "If you have not received the item in 3 days, contact us." I did so only to be asked if I had contacted FedEx. I replied that I had followed THEIR instructions. Then asked, "WHY HAD I NOT CONTACTED FEDEX?"
This crazy run around is still going on. I have spoken to Bare Neccessities Customer Service twice. I will not be calling again. (I ONLY gave any stars because I had to in order to publish my review);

I don't normally leave reviews, but I love this company. I've been looking for a bra that fits right. I've tried adore me, third love, soma and none have been quite right. With Bare Necessities, even though I have the wrong size at this point it's still more comfortable than the others and their customer service is working with me to find the right size. (I've tried the customer service with the other brands with no luck) I have odd measurements which has been the challenge. They offer the largest variety and range of sizes that I've found

0 stars. BN could avoid these poor reviews by being straight with their customers and their product descriptions. Instead of gracefully refunding my money when they could not fulfill an exchange, they "credited" my account without my approval. Having received a faulty product in the first place and paying for shipping twice, this is just insulting. Just refund my money and do not reply with a long apology saying your experts can help me find the right product. I will not be manipulated or condescended to.

After placing an order at BareNecessities.com and paying for overnight delivery, at a great rate of only $5.00, it does seem it was too good to be true. I ordered on a Wednesday and was guaranteed By Friday. They never shipped they package and kept lying when I called. They said since they could not make the timeline they will refund. This is NOT what I wanted, I wanted my merchandise. I said OK to deliver until Sunday I leave for a trip on Monday. They would not accommodate and really had no sense of care.
This is the ONLY place I get my underwear. The bra selection is fantastic and I can get my favorite brands for very very cheap. Especially when there's a sale which there seems to be one about every day. I've only had them ship me the wrong item once and they let me ship it back for free. And I have gotten a few bras that didn't fit because the brand was cheap and not worth it. But now that I know I fit in the goddess bras I only buy goddess. When I first joined Amazon didn't even carry my bras so I'm very very pleased with this site. The shipping isn't Amazon fast but it's still good and over a certain price they'll let you ship for free. Plus they have buy one get one free sales which you won't find on Amazon. Nothing here is a knock off and if you know what you need you can't beat the prices. All of my bras have lasted for years. Very satisfied with the site.
I am changing my review based on updated customer service from Bare Necessities. They contacted me to resolve the situation I wrote about here. Within one day all of my past orders were back up in my account and they sent me a coupon as an apology. I am very happy with the results. The only thing I have to say is that it took this review to get action which I don't think should have to happen. I think it should have been resolved quickly the first time around. So that everyone can see what the original problem was, following is what I originally wrote in my review which has been resolved. (I ordered from Bare Necessities for years and spent hundreds of dollars. I recently logged into my account and my history showed "no orders". Numerous orders were shown the previous day. I contacted customer service and they told me they would research it and get back to me. After over two weeks of back and forth emails, always generated by me, since not once did they get back to me as they promised, I have finally given up on this company. I use past order history to reorder and check sizing so having my order history in my account is important to me.) AGAIN, THIS HAS BEEN RESOLVED SO I CHANGED THE REVIEW TO FIVE STARS.

Answer: All of the products sold on Bare Necessities are direct from the manufacturer. Every single item we sell is legitimate and we do not ever sell knock-offs of any kind. Occasionally there are differences in product quality when a particular manufacturer makes modifications to the product specifications, but that would be due to the production of the garment, and not be attributed to purchasing from this reputable site. We are the largest online retailer of intimate apparel, and take great pride in consistently offering high-quality merchandise to our customers at an excellent value while providing superior customer service in each and every transaction. Answer: My only issue was the sizing, which even though it's not there fault, they have been amazing to work with. I will continue to order with them. Products are excellent quality, beautiful and comfortable. My size isn't available in a lot of places, but the ones where it is the bras have been horrible. One has scratchy material, another gives me headaches due to stress on my shoulders from the design.
