Shipping charges/extra courier fees are very misleading. I prefer an upfront this is what your charged invoice.

I ordered letters for my sign and paid for a paper model, but the quality was poor. Many letters were scratched or damaged, and the paper model was incorrect. I only received a refund for 30% of the total cost, which didn't cover the paper model or all the damaged letters. Despite this, I decided to give them another chance.
I ordered some business cards, but they arrived much later than expected.
Then, I tried to order a glass sticker with an official price of around $6. However, customer service contacted me, saying I needed to pay an additional $17 to complete the order because of some design issues. When I decided to cancel, they responded by offering to make the sticker for just $5 more (?!?). I canceled it anyway and I will never order again from them, I'm always disappointed.

My order got placed, " on hold," four days after the fiasco of the artwork "need approval." 8 emails and three chat sessions to "give approval. Over 20 emails, 4 chat sessions and 2 phone calls to clear hold, only to learn day of delivery, the order was still "on hold."
A 2 hour phone call to cancel order and get a full refund.

I've ordered from Banner Buzz for several years and it was great. This time the cards were just Thrown in the box not shrink wrapped. Not too happy this time especially when we ordered over 5000 cards!

This banner is beyond my expectations. I hunted online for an affordable quality banner but the prices were crazy out there. BannerBuzz sent me the banner I first ordered. The artwork approved showed 6 grommets but the banner they sent only had 4. They immediately acknowledged their mistake and sent me a corrected banner quite quickly. Great integrity.

I have ordered several items off here and have yet to be disappointed. I get nervous about the shipping because it does take the full shipping time estimated. But it is worth it, items are packaged great and look amazing.

Answer: They do very good lip service. I ordered a vinyl product from them and they did not produce what I had expected and what we had agreed on. But after further conversations I was convinced that they would be able to get it right the second time so I ordered two different items from them, still vinyl product. And they did it again they did not do the background as I had agreed with the artist and with what my artwork showed. They have made no effort to try and correct the issue. Neither time. Shame on me. I let them fool me twice.
