Very nice online shop! The prices are really interesting, but sometimes the picture doesn't match with what is ordered. In this case, don't panic, just signalise it to the customer service they will answer you in the next 24h and easily help you to find a solution.

IV been dealing with banggood for a few years now. It's the only place I buy my race quad and fpv gear I can say my race quad stuff has never left me desiring more always happy but a couple times IV received cameras that didn't work I can only imagine it's due to rough shiping. They never gave me a second of trouble about replacing the item and were always quick about responding to my emails normally within a few hours.

After a lot of research and price comparisons I bought a Sense Innovations ESS-DUAL 2 Engine Sound Simulator for my professional remote controlled buggy. It arrived quite quickly, in only a matter of a week and once installed I used it on and off over a couple of months and it seemed to work brilliantly. But then one day it failed. I left it a little while and tried again but it was obviously malfuntioning and was faulty. I contacted customer services and was served by Healer to sort out the issue. The communication was quick, sincere and very helpful and soon after I provided pictures and videos of the problem, without any delay or quibble they offered me a full refund. Item arrived in reasonable time from China, given current circumstances, but unfortunately developed a performance fault the next day.
