B and H has always been responsive with great customer service. I have never had an issue with delivery, pricing, or returns. Also, they go out of their way to quote me for large orders to save some more cash. Customer service is always top-notch!
Between the selection and helpful advice … combined with crazy fast delivery (and equally simple returns) …. I really wonder it there any room for improvement!?

I have been buying from B&H for over 20 years, I finally got frustrated by the inability to place an order on weekends and that they don't ship during their 10 day or so holidays. I recently canceled two orders from them and ordered the items from another popular online retailer they arrived in two days. At best when B&H ships they order will arrive within a week. I do like B&H but it is just too frustrating ordering from them when there are reputable online relaters that will accept an order 24/7 and usually ship immediately.
I have used B&H Photo for YEARS and have never had any issue with them. They make it easy to return product and their policies have always been fair up to this point. While I tend to do my own research each time I have called in I have had a knowledgeable person able to Help with whatever situation I was in at the time.
I would not hesitate to send anyone their way!
About as easy as it gets to make this purchase. Great offer on Open Box with 1 year warranty. Shipping was reasonable for free and pretty inexpensive to rush if I wanted. Highly recommend them.
