Poor Midnight delivery service.

Delivery guys are arrogant and rude.
Customer care people don't communicate properly the customer concers to the rest of the team.
I ve ordered a cake n it's completely broken. Asked for replacement and still didn't receive. Worst service. Never order cake from this website

Ordered at 1pm and picked up a schedule for 3-5pm. I called the CS and was informed, ordered will be delivered at 6pm. I kept my patience. Our office closes at 6:30pm and guess no cake even till 6:10pm.
Lets hope they refund the money. DO NOT ORDER SAME DAY DELIVERY CAKE.
