Bag Borrow or Steal

Friends said you can't go wrong...They were right! Two orders and so far nothing but big smiles from my team on the products. Couldn't be happier with the products or customer service.

2nd purchase I had trouble with UPS which was not the seller's fault. They were responsive and promptly refunded my shipping costs when I made them aware of the problem.

Just received my first Fendi back to borrow. Love the idea of trying out a new style before buying. It was clean and odor free. Looking forward to using it!

I can't believe I got the exact bag, in excellent condition AND found the card wallet that matched all in the same transaction. I will say the price wasn't much less than the bag was selling new for online. HOWEVER, the 20% off new customer coupon helped to offset that disappointment. I am thrilled. I know material good are NOT the way to joy, but this was a purchase I have been wanting to make for myself for a while and it was reassuring to know the bag was the REAL DEAL and offered at a great discount with the code. Was shopping for a Prada travel/duffle bag for some times but there are so many different sites on the internet. Eventually I found out an eBay seller is actually BBOS, and on BBOS site, they offer better price and discount. After checking if BBOS is legit on YouTube (which of course is 100% legit with positive reviews), I placed my order via BBOS. Fast shipping and good quality pre-owned product. I am happy with what I paid for.

Pretty good, fast and easy experience. You just gotta decide pretty fast if you want the bag or not because they get taken up so fast. I finally got a bag I wanted to rent after my 4th attempt

I purchased a Louis Vuitton and the description stated it was in prestine quality. In less than 4 months the bag deteriorated. When I contacted customer service I was told, they wouldn't do anything and that the bags issues were my fault. They included a web address for a bag restoration company. I have attached their response email. I could not get someone to answer their customer service phone number. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered myself a bag in this online store. I was not worried much about the quality. When the parcel arrived, all my worries passed. The bag is beautiful and roomy. Everything as I wanted.

So I had to freeze my credit so thieves don't steal my identity! It took a couple of emails and a follow up phone call to sort it all out. They are prompt, friendly and super responsive!

This is the second time purchasing and again I'm always delighted when i receive my order. The condition of my bags are always better than what is described!

The site is terrific and I am super happy that I borrowed this bag, and didn't purchase before trying. It is not really the bag for me but I will use it sparingly during my rental period.

The button was very lose so my stuff kept falling out after the one time I used it. I didn't want to risk losing my things so I just ended up returning it sooner.
