We are so sorry you didn't receive the Borrowing instructions that are supposed to be included with your bag. We also provide a renewal reminder with instructions a few days before the bag is due to renew to give you adequate time to ship the bag back. It looks like you printed your return label well before your return date so it is likely the renewal reminder hadn't been sent yet.
