I am having a horrific experience with customer service and this company standing behind their product in regards to a quality issue, ie. Damaged product upon delivery. The issue is with the Hoodie 3.0 that I purchased on 11/23/23, upon the product's delivery, in a STUFFED BAG, I noticed a rip in the fabric at a seam area, which as everyone knows, will unravel with time and washings. I reported the problem immediately. The issue has STILL not been addressed after NUMEROUS emails on 8 different days. I have invested not only the cost of the product, $100, (arriving in a disturbing packaging style) but an extreme amount of my time and energy with this company over an issue that could have been easily solved weeks ago, in time for Christmas. Needless to say, a quality, undamaged hoodie didn't make it in time for the Christmas gift I had intended for my husband, requiring it to be replaced with another item. They will NOT even entertain the request for a refund. Still no help in resolving the issue, over a month later! What ever happened to ethical standards?

El producto es muy bueno, pero eso de que su precio real es de más de 300 dólares americanos suena a mentira. Y si es real, hay una sobrevaloración que no es real. Luego de haber comprado 3 sudaderas, ofrecen otro descuento de 20% pero solo por 24 horas, otro engaño más, no porque no lo den sino porque es solo por 24 horas. Todas técnicas de mercadotecnia o merchandising antiguas y pasadas de moda. Subestiman a los clientes. Da vergüenza comprar en una tienda o una marca con esas ideas. Customer support is poor after calling during their hours they hangup the phone. I have no shipping information 19 days after my order was placed. The chat feature also does not work. I have not seen the products and hope the quality is good.

I ordered their hoodies, came in a month later! They sent the wrong size lol! Called their support 4-5 times no one ever picked up! They said there was a long wait lol I waited each time only to be hung up on! The support sit page online is bogus! Their chat line waited for reply for hours nothing, went back on again lol only to get a message sorry we missed you! No return receipt in package!

Ordered December 4. Site said it would arrive before Christmas. But cannot track order, and customer service just rings and hangs up. And no one responds on their 24/7 chat! I'm calling my bank. This is a total scam.

Where to start?! First tracking number, not a real tracking number: didn't work and was too long. Never provided a carrier. Asked twice about my shipment. Second time they responded with a totally different tracking number that said it was delivered, had no carrier name, no delivery address, and a very sketchy long email stating "the carrier sometimes delivers to neighbors if you aren't home"? Really! No. I actually work from home. I was home. No carrier came to my door that day, I have video surveillance for double measure. I always get packages and nothing is ever stolen here. My neighbors are friends and if anyone gets a package that doesn't belong to them, they either deliver it themselves to the right house or it's posted on our neighborhood Facebook page. If you try to call customer service they have a strange recording of a man and it will always hang up if you choose to wait for someone, automatically after so much time. I wish I could copy the email that was sent and paste it here. This is a scam. Not sure what is going on with the YouTube reviews and why places are saying this is a legit company. No company address. If you want to buy, try calling them and placing an order…
I have since contacted my bank to dispute the charges. The can only do that and write a review to warn others.

I ordered one about a month ago, the tracking says it hasn't been picked up by UPS yet.
I have called multiple times only to be disconnected after 20 min on hold. Tried the online chat box with zero replies to email or to the chat box itself. Left the chat box open for over an hour. Can't seem to get any help with this order. Not sure what to do next. So frustrating.

On November 24,2023, I purchased 2 Baerskin Hoodie 3.0's. One for a male and one female. I received a order confirmation for both orders. The website said that delivery would be within 10 to 14 days. I have now waited 16 business days and I don't have my hoodies. I have tried to contact Baerskin Tactical by phone, email and online chat and can't get a response other than, "Hello, Thanks for reaching out! Our standard delivery time is 10 to 14 days. If you need more information on your specific order, please provide your order ID a". I've checked on the website tab "Find my Order" and it only shows that I made the order and nothing about shipping. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I won't be making another order here.

Bought 2 first Gen hoodies & left a feed back about needing a draw string for the hood & ways to tighten the sleeves. I see the 2.0 has these. Seeing as I bought a couple, I would think at least a thank you. Or an offer on the 2.0... something.

Zippers on rear pocket no completely sewn in, consequently the zipper pull came of the zipper rail, now open pocket catches on door latches seat corners etc

I made the mistake of what I thought was going to be an upgrade, and I paid for the waterproof versions. For TWO HOODIES. $119.94 XL (on special) and $179.95, for a 2XL. They're the WORST hoodies I've EVER purchased. They have almost NO insulation whatsoever, when I say thin layer, think t-shirt thickness... Then a crunchy LOUD shell of plastic like material that does VERY LITTLE to protect you from the cold! I waited weeks for delivery, only to be grossly disappointed in a POORLY insulated plastic RAINCOAT! I feel completely hoodwinked! Now I have to pay to ship them back, and maybe get a refund, IF they take them back, since I took the tag off to try one out! All that hype, all those incessant advertisement emails, just to have to fight for a refund! So much for giving it to my guy for hunting, this thing is SO LOUD, it would scare a redneck off a barbeque!

We recently launched two waterproof Baerskin products - the Softshell Jacket, which is made of waterproof material on the outside and is lined with fleece on the inside, and in that sense looks more like a Baerskin Tactical Hoodie, but with additional waterproofing.
We also launched the Baerskin Rainjacket, which is made of a thinner but waterproof material and is designed to be worn as a cover over the Baerskin Tactical Hoodie, among other things. With that combination, you get resistance to wind and water at the same time, but also the necessary warmth. I am sorry to hear that you didn't find the quality of these features the same way.

The bearskin hoodie I bought from you green one. The zipper is on the opposite side like a lady hoodie. I didn't know if that was the way it came or was it a mistake but otherwise it's not bad at all I like it I wear it.

This particularity occurred simply because our hoodie was designed in Europe. The positioning of the zipper on the left side is a marker of all European men's clothing designs.
Please rest assured that this feature is neither a manufacturing defect nor an indication of the fact that the hoodie had been created for a specific gender group. We apologize for the confusion.

Got a hoodie for a gift, it was too big. Went to return within the 60 day period. Customer service person said "no returns after 14 days, per our website". Checked website, which says 60-day return window, with no questions. Told this to customer service rep, who continued to say no returns allowed after 14 days.

My hoodie arrived with the BearSkin tag upside down. I just cut off the tag, but mentioned it in the review. Customer service contacted me and I was sent another new hoodie. They clearly stand by the product. I will say to wear it on colder days. It really keeps you warm and can too warm when the temperature goes up.
