I placed an order today but I ordered the wrong size. I tried emailing them but I received no reply. I contacted paypal about getting a refund. Hopefuly they can resolve this matter.

Today I went and took my new puppy to the Renforth location to get her a harness and the guy in charge was a little rough with her when he put it on her. When she had a liitle accident (pee) on the floor mat he wasn't too happy about it. SHE'S A PUPPY FOR PETE'S SAKE! Puppies are going to have accidents no matter what. You don't have to act like a big horses behind about it! Some people shouldn't be in retail. Especially with attitudes like that. I'm never going there again. He deserves zero stars and an F- for his crappy attitude.

Ok boys and girls. Strap yourselves in for another review. Today my wife and I went to the Burger King inside Square One shopping mall in Mississauga Canada. We wanted a bacon cheeseburger combo from the King Deals menu. No problem, right? WRONG! The idiot server told me I could have it because IT WASN'T ON THE MENU when it actually was. We pointed it out to her three times but she still wouldn't get it through her thick skull. We got mad and left. We went to Big Smoke Gourmet Burgers instead and we got what we wanted there. No argument. No "IT'S NOT ON THE MENU". I swear some people leave their brains at home before they go to work.

I order a Tbleague Skarah figure on June 21. It took them a week before they decided to ship it out. Seriously? I ordered an item from another online store called giantoy. They shipped it out the next day. It's arriving Tuesday. Who knows how long it'll take my item from bbts to get to Mississauga Ont. Who's running the shipping dept. Moe, Larry and Curly?

I'm part of this FB group called Transformers & Pop Culture Community. One of the members in this group, Ross runs an oline toy store called Tfelites.com. He was taking pre-orders for a toy I want. This was at the tail end of December. So I gave him $190 for the toy. Unfortunately the toy has to come from China and with the Chinese New Year it would take some time. It's now the middle of Feburary and no toy. I asked him what the status of my delivery and he FREAKED! He was extremely hostile and threatened not to deliver the toy. I couldn't believe it. I'm seriously contemplating contacting the BBB and complaining about this guy.

Last Friday I placed an order with Toyhax and so far nothing has arrived. I received an email saying the order has been shipped but I haven't seen anything yet. I know it usually takes a week but this is ridicuolus. I tried contacting their customer disservice but as usual I received the same old " Thank you for your email" schtick and "We'll respond if and when we feel like it." This is why I absolutely despise big companies! They treat their customers like filth and they're just so sickeningly condescening! I wish they would go out of business! I'm sick of dealing with these uncaring idiots!

Netflix is ok I suppose but I wish they would have old tv shows from the 70s.

My wife and I went down to Bloor Street because I wanted to check out this video game store called Game Mania. Very nice store. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I'd highly recomend it. Afterward we decided to go to Mugshot Tavern for dinner. Nice place. The music was good. The staff was polite and friendly. The service however was deplorable. It took nearly a hour for our food. It seemed everone else was getting theirs except us. I just wanted to pay for our drinks and leave. Forget the food. After an eternity our food finally arrived. My wife ordered the fish & chips and I ordered the roast beef aus jus. I asked my wife how her's was and she said it was good. Mine however tasted horrible. The roast beef was fatty and greasy. I took two bites and that was it. I didn't eat anymore. When our server asked how was the sandwich I felt like saying the chef should go back to cooking school but I held my tongue. I should have had taken the rest home for our dogs but I didn't want to make them sick. This place is okay for drinks but for food. I recomend you go someplace better.

Hey everyone. Have I got a good one for you! This one's about my least favourite online company. Amazon Canaduh! Way back in August I ordered a World's Smallest Hot Wheel car. It was supposed to show up yesterday. Guess what? I didn't show up. Anyways I tried calling this braindamaged orangutans. Try being the key word. I was on hold for nearly an hour listening to thier nerve grating elevator music punctuated with the occasional "please hold while we continue to ignore your call" spiel. I finally gave up and hung up. That's just a prime example of how big businesses can get away with screwing over the little guy. Personsally I don't care if I get my parcel or not because I've had it with these clowns.
