Got shipped fast. Great service. Not sure how long the items they have sit. I received my item used it once and now it doesn't work. It is coming up the fourth and it will be even longer that my pool needs vacuumed due to this had to be shipped back then I have to wait for a replacement or them to decide if I can have it replaced. It cost me to much for it not to work I have owed 3 of these over the years and they are great vacuums just wished this one would've worked so my pool would be ready for the 4th and my family to enjoy. Looks bad with dirt all over. Let you know how it turns out. Thanks in advance and God bless.
