Although the completed ladder is not in the pool yet, it appears to be exactly what it was meant to be.
My husband was still contemplating what to use as ballast in the pool side of the ladder.
When it first arrived the box was tattered and I was concerned there would be damage to the ladder but it does not appear to have any.
Would not take my credit card for some reason.

The worst ever! I live in a town of 100 people! We only have po boxes! I've had no problem before buying from u. This is the worst experience with online shopping I've ever had! It's taken 3 days to get my order confirmed with u. I need those filter bags now. At least give me expidited shipping please. Or I will never order with u again. I'm so disappointed since I have shopped with u before!

Product arrived and packaged well, setup was easy and by far one of the easiest pool cleaners to use. Cleaned our ingorund with in 2 hours and it was priced about 300.00 cheaper than any pool store in our area.
