I just received my preowned Apple Watch. So far, the quality exceeds my expectations. It was graded as "good" but it looks brand new. It was simple to set up and I've already start using it. I've saved hundreds buying used. Thank you so much!

I am absolutely amazed by the quality in that price! Definitely will reorder, not going to buy new phones again.i bought 2 phones and 1 Mac, both are in excellent condition as described no visible scratches. The only thing is mac has some scratches which were at the bottom and really visible but i would given 5 star if that was not there.

I placed an order with them but the order was cancelled with an email stating they require my Photo ID for verification, which I submitted and they told they will get back to me in 24 hrs, which they never did. Instead the product was repriced with a higher amount. I placed an order once again, but this time also they rejected my order. In spite of me placing an order multiple times and following up this customer care associates, they never processed my order. If they wish to sell only to selective customers they should come up with verified membership of customers concept and not waste time by misguiding. Not I have lost opportunity to buy from another vendor and neither they are providing the product. I recommend to avoid such consolidated sellers

I bought a refurbished Ryzen 7 laptop for under $500. It doesn't even have a scratch on it, and it works perfectly and came with a 1 year warranty. I couldn't have asked for a better deal. Also, it shipped quickly, and I got it the day before it was supposed to arrive. Definitely going to keep coming back to Back Market.

Bought a refreshed MacBook Air 13.3-inch (2020) - Core i5 - 8GB - SSD 1024GB and am more than satisfied. It looked in even better condition than just "Good." It set up smoothly, with no glitches, and is now working perfectly. I've purchased refreshed or refurbished electronics before, but this is one of those that I'm happiest about.

It's like thriftbooks (books) or thredup (clothes) for electronic devices. I love it. Took a chance on a "fair" used phone and couldn't be happier. The "scratches" are microscopic. The battery easily lasts all day. I am thrilled to have upgraded my phone for only $200, and feel good environmentally too. It arrived quickly, and works great a month in. I'll come back if anything changes!

Even though the product arrived with a little delay (due to the courier and not the company), the phone arrived in perfect condition. Nothing to say about it. The company checks on you regularly in order to verify the satisfaction of the customer, which makes you feel "protected". The only issue I had is that my phone has crashed a bunch of time since I got it, and I honestly could not say if it's a problem that comes from the producer or from the fact that is refurbished. In any case, I will definitely buy again from this website, amazing experience!

Amazingly fantastic phone. Placed the order Friday, UPS was at my door next Saturday morning. Set it up myself, no issues. Accessories are in perfect shape. The phone works flawlessly. Battery very HEALTHY.
In summary: There is nothing to complain about. I encourage everyone to use BACKMARKET and save $$$

I was shopping for a lightly used Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra (Unlocked). I needed a "new" phone after switching carriers. A Google search returned Back Market as having what I was looking for at a good price. Having never heard of this company I did my research. I crossed my fingers and placed the order. Customer service kept me informed every step of the way. It arrived 1 day early and was in better condition than described/expected. All in all it was a pleasant transaction and I can highly recommend Back Market for your used electronic needs. They also have slick website and cool mission statement.

I've made two purchases through Back Market (MacBook pro and a mini ipad) and have been thoroughly impressed. Their website is easy to navigate, purchases are pretty straight forward, and I've not had a single issue with either items. I will continue to purchase through them if I need any more equipment.

Bought a phone that was supposed to be fully unlocked, turned out to be locked. Sent phone back somehow seller decides to start ordering food from door dash using my phone, tried to spend $2,098.56 from Amazon, tried to buy Amazon gift cards, tried to purchase 2 iPhone 13s the very first day they received the phone 2/9/23. I had to file a police report to all those fraudulent charges and called bank to cancel cards. After the fact they stole from me they got back to me and said that warranty on phone was voided because back glass was cracked. The phone was sent out because it was a fully locked phone not because it was cracked. I'm sure it was some stolen phone considering backmarket had no access to the phone and they had to contact the seller. Save the extra money and buy new. The people behind this are truely dishonest and thief's. Luckily I used PayPal and have disputed the transaction. FYI I called back market and mention how the seller had refused to fix phone because is rear glass is crack. Told them that the whole reason why I sent it back was because is locked not because is crack well they said they would contact seller. Long story short they never replied back to me and quit messaging me. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. There is no way they would own up to a 1yr warranty on the items.

I ordered a phone from Back Market in excellent condition and I got one in excellent condition. It was delivered very quickly. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I had bought an iPhone XS and it didn't work. They replaced it with another one that didn't work either. As I was charging the second phone the screen indicated "non authentic iPhone battery". I asked them to repair it and they admitted that they were unable to do it. Check Gazelle or other providers. Don't waste your time with Back market.

Glad I'm not the only one skeptical! And that's always OK! Though backmarket made it clear and is safe about everything refurbish technology

Overall, 2 thumbs up for back market itself and its sellers. Responses are fast and polite.
Items are usually as described, any issues are quickly resolved and understandable.
Will gladly continue to support backmarket.

Computer was password protected when received, waited a day for the password, and once logged in, the computer was slow to the point it was impossible to use. Contacted the seller who said this was a known issue with the hard disk and to return the product. If it is a known issue, how could they still openly sell the product, knowing it was faulty? Instead of having a computer to replace my own broken PC, i now have to go through the long process of return the product. Absolutely appalling behavior, blatant unprofessionalism of not even checking whether the computer was not password protected, and outright fraud in selling a known faulty product. Terrible behavior, will not recommend backmarket to anyone

Was skeptical about my purchase initially as it went against my grain to makes an unseemly purchase likes this but afterwards reading reviews extensively, I too a leap of faith and was pleasantly surprised and very happy by what I received. Williams Beaumont purchasing a laptop from here soon.
