The used products sold at backmarket might not be the genuine used products. It might be a total copycat/fake product using after-market parts put together.
I bought two used iPhone X from backmarket. Both had screen issues after 6 months. One also had battery and camera issue. Backmarket refused to do anything to assist customer(they always found excuses). I had to repair it by myself. That's when I found out that both phones are not genuine products. It was a fake iphone put together using all-kinds of after-market used parts.
Ture experience. You have been warned!

Ordered a 2020 laptop that was refurbished by their specialists. It's arrived on schedule and was as advertised. It works fine and I've had no issues in over a month, so far.

I've ordered a few iPhones and AirPods so far. Everything I order, I get exactly what is expected if not better. No major or even notable aesthetic defects on anything I have received. Way better than paying full price. If the only thing I can complain about is shipping was off by two days one time, I'll be coming back soon enough.

After buying four phones from BM, I can assure you it's not worth it. They do not back their warranty

Was looking for a macbook for freelance work. I found a computer with the exact specs I wanted and compared prices to several other sites. Purchase went smoothly and was shipped promptly. Bought in fair condition and the machine is perfect with no cosmetic wear and tear. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for refurb hardware.

I purchased a Galaxy S20 in "good" condition with somewhat low expectations, but it came as a brand new phone. I seriously cannot tell the difference. 100% satisfied, the phone was ordered and shipped to my door all within a few days. Customer service is excellent as well. I enjoyed the email updates and how they provide more info on their mission to reduce waste.

I am really happy with my phone. It is exactly what the back market website said it would be and was delivered within the expected time.

I had ordered a pair of apple airpods pro 2nd gen from back market but when I received them they were only the 1st gen models so I sent them back in order to get a refund or replacement and since I had the UPS store print and package the return I couldn't get a picture and because of that I'm now out $200. They will not send me a refund or replacement or even the ones I sent back in the first place. DONT BUY FROM THIS PLACE, THEY'LL SELL YOU SOMETHING AND THEN LEAVE YOU IN THE DUST

I don't support a consumer culture, so I don't chase brands and new models every year. I bought a phone here and a laptop while ago. Yes, it's not new, but it's working and I'm good with it. But please be aware of a 30 day warranty and check your goods right away, test it as much as possible.

Worst experience of my life. Sold me a laptop that broke in less than a month and then said it was excluded from the 1-year warranty. I'm a student and had to borrow money to get the laptop. They've ruined my studies. And offered me a 5% discount to rub salt into the wound. Like I would ever consider using this company again.

Researched other sites, but decided to give Back Market a try. I am a big recycler, so the whole concept of a refurbished phone really appealed to me. I purchased a iPhone 11 to replace a 6S loaned to me four years ago. The 6S was still working on the original battery but I needed more space I am.VERY pleased with my new phone and with the company.

It was time for a new phone because my present one no longer had wifi capability. I have an iPhone 8s and wanted to get another same model phone with the same storage and I found it at Back Market reasonable priced without a scratch on it. I will be purchasing from this site again!

The screen and case are almost perfect. The apps, functions and battery work great. The delivery was quick. The prrice was lower than Amazon Renewed.
What's not to love!

This was my first time buying a refurbished phone (S21 Ultra 5G), and I'm glad I did. I got all the features I wanted without breaking the bank. Aside from some minor worn spots on the edges, it was in perfect physical condition. With a case, you'll never notice. I had zero issues with my purchase or shipping... and maybe it even helped reduce e-waste like they say. Will likely be back in a couple years!

I purchased an iPhone 11 from Backmarket. It was in good condition and all was well until I tried to re sell it. I was then advised that the IMEI number had been blocked, so the purchaser would not buy it from me.

So Warning to all, if you but from Backmarket, you may not be able to resell the item.

Just look@ my pics I posted speaks volumes especially when I say "NO REPLACEMENT WAS SENT AFTER BEING PROMISED A REPLACEMENT IN WRITING!"…My phone locked up when received it in October when I was exchanging data so this home button being claimed that's suppose to be broke has been the problem since Oct even though I've kept it in a otter box…I have been sent back the same broke phone 3x's after being promised a replacement…they said my home button was cracked being diagnosed via a picture… everyone I've asked said they've never heard of a cracked home button & for sure can't be diagnosed by viewing a picture…"They" ask you to be honest but will not reciprocate!

I bought a phone which was meant to be of pristine quality. After a few days, the screen disconnected from the phone, and I had to tape it around to prevent water damage. The screen got more damaged when I removed tapes for the shipment - the Back Market just came back to me saying that I need to replace the screen at my own cost. It's a joke. The phone worked 5 days, and they don't want to take any responsibility because they sent me a phone with a cheap, not original screen which did not fit! Waste of money!
