Order never came. Got this email to tell how my experience was. Emailed service. Was told it was out of stock. Then emailed again saying I want a full refund. They emailed and said it was going to take 30 days. If I don't get the full refund in 30 days, to email again! WTF?

When I need to see a previous page, your program sends me back to page 1 and I have to scroll to the page I need to see. When I get some page numbers to click on, the range is limited, and I can only go 2-3 pages at a time. This is a waste of time and very frustrating. I need to delete items or change size etc before I see my completed order page. Also, showing which item(s) are out of stock would save time and frustation for your customer. Ive seen only one item marked "out of stock" in all the scrolling Ive done today bc I did not know that 4 or 5 items in my order were out of stock. I don't know what Azz-Lee's procedures are, but I only found out that items in my order were out of stock when I texted you to check status of my order. Would Azz-Lee have put my order aside indefinately without notifying me.? I know I will order from Azz-Lee again bc I like your clothes, but now I know how much work it may be to have my order fulfilled and shipped. Interested to see what happens as my first order ships.
The clothes do not look like high quality. They are not 100% natural fibers and are not supposed to be put in the dryer. The elastic band around the pants does not look like it will last long, and the pants are way too long. I am not at all satisfied with this purchase! There was no info on how to return ites. Beware!

The clothes seem to be of fairly good quality for the price, but sizing does not match the guides! Everything runs small. If you try to return or exchange sizes, they make it more than difficult to do so! They will not give a return address and if they end up providing that (after many communications), you return at your own expense and they will not guarantee a full refund! They offered $5 to keep the item!
Way too much time spent trying to negotiate a return/ exchange over email, with no satisfaction! Will never order from them again!
