When I contacted customer service as directed for a refund every person that emailed me offered a discount to prevent my from returning the items. They were not forthcoming with the address needed to return the items for a full refund. Eventually I got fed up and took the discount as the price for a lesson learned - the lesson being not to shop at Azzlee. I now have clothing that looked very nice that I will be donating to charity.
Well, after I read some reviews I wanted to cancel the order because the order wasn't shipped yet and I contacted customer service by email. I also placed the order for more but luckily was able to cancel that order. I lost $50 plus $9.95 shipment. What a waste of money. I wanted to return them but Azzlee refused to pay shipment. I already paid that and to return would have to pay more. I was finely offered 50% refund but I didn't get it yet. This is what it's called SCAM!
